Long road trip and needed to wash the bugs off. The customer service was great but the touch-less car was wasn't long enough is that make sense I used to a longer tube lol this was is very short which mean not as thorough but free vacuums plenty of washcloths to clean. I'm giving three stars only because the place operated fine and price was okay, but ultimately I'm not happy with the final product, and likely won't go back, at least not for anything but a rinse off in the winter. I went through on my lunch break because I didn't have time this week to hand wash my car. I figured touch free would be a safe bet. I got the top tier(can't remember what it's called) with simonz ceramic coating. everything seemed well enough until I pulled into a gas station 5 minutes later to fill up. when I got out I noticed my red car had white spots all over it. now I have to hand wash the car anyway. I'm not sure if the spots were from the coating, or something else, but they absolutely weren't on my car when I entered the car wash. read more

The good thing is your car gets clean but they pack the cars in back to back and there is only room for two cars at the end of the wash to try and get out of the lot read more

When we first started using ScrubaDub last year, 2022, it seemed good. We bought two memberships. But as time went on it slipped to becoming just a basic car wash. Vacuum's really declined. Went today and all of the vacuum's were not worth using. Found this to be the case more often than not. Extremely frustrating. I bought 3 washes for a discount at the Salem NH location in September. I wasn't able to get into the wash for my final prepaid wash until last week. I went to use my wash ticket an it told me it was expired. Looking at the ticket I do see an expiration date in January. When I bought the washes I assumed the prepaid washes were like a gift certificate which by law cannot expire. I just think it is unfair for a paid wash to expire. Update - the owner quickly reached out to me and offered me a tunnel wash. I was impressed with the quick response. In the future if I have any issues I will contact the business prior to going on Yelp and complaining. read more

*1/11 update - the manager met me today and made it right, took care of me. Good people. Decent wash. I'd recommend adding additional water sprays at the end though, still soapy coming out. This was the 2nd worst car wash I've even paid for. $13 super and my car came out filthy. The guy with the spray gun only sprayed drivers side on the car. Spent 10 minutes wiping off the dirt in my front bumper. I'm shocked no one scrubs your bumper. Someone recommended this place to me and I regret going now. What a shame scrubadub! A busy and really good care wash. Offers laser touch free as well as the regular wash that you drive through. They offer several was options. One for every budget. I like that they offer spray cleaner and rags at the end of the wash so you can dry and clean the inside areas. The place is clean and the equipment works all the time. read more

Always a very long line and very hard to maneuver after the wash is done in order to dry off the car. We also paid $4 extra dollars on top of the express wash for the tire shine and it only shined half the tire! Don't not get the added tire shine. Spend the extra money and do it yourself! Overpriced wash to say the least. read more

2 no touch bays but I normally go through the big wash. Prices are good - vac token included - and wash/dry towels and window cleaner for use on exit. Vacuums actually suck too. Always friendly service as well. Happy bonus for me is the random stuffed animals on the dryers of the big wash. First time here, I go to the first bay not knowing you have to go too the last bay. I scanned a free ticket I had for Christmas. The first bay took the scanned ticket. Waited and nothing happened. So got out of car and went too employee entrance. Guy screams at me, 'Dont you know you go to the far entrance. I said my first time here. I get back in the car and drive to that exit. He comes back out and says 'I opened the door at the first entrance. He yells at me again ,' didn't you here me that I was opening the first entrance. What an arrogant punk. Had membership to unlimited washes for 1 month and disliked it they only offer unlimited washes through the tunnel wash which is horrible. Put my car through it two times and left all types of scratches on the body. I did like that they provide towels and glass cleaner which is not an everyday thing to find at a car wash. This car wash would receive 5 stars if they offered unlimited wash plans on the laser wash bays they have to actually wash your car 24/7. Hopefully I am not the only one that thinks that! read more
