The staff Helen and the front desk staff are friendly and explained the details to me prior my visit. At the office, I brought my young toddler with me , Dr Jen was super friendly with her and the staff even provide assistance to watch my little one while I was having a consultation. The surgery was smooth and I recovered better than expected. Excellent experience overall and it is rare to find a doctor with a caring heart nowadays.

I'm honestly really sooo lucky & glad to have found him, especially after the horrible, nasty nightmare or a dr (Yambo) I was stuck w/seeing before finding Dr. Leva! My mom had been seeing wonderful Dr.Leva for prob about 10 years before I started to. I just wish I knew looong before I finally started seeing him, that he took my insurance! I received lip filler here last August and am only writing a review now because I have recently…read moreseen a real doctor and had the irregularities fixed and a more transparent experience. First, a wait time of over an hour is ridiculous. I should have been tipped off immediately for what I was in for however by the alarmingly cheap price and their inability to tell me what product the filler is, only that it was HA. (I would later see on their Instagram some months later they got "juvederm" in but a google search revealed the type they got is what anyone can order offline) I waited in the small waiting area for an hour and then was put in a hallway for over an hour with numbing cream. I was back there so long it wore off and needed to be reapplied. When I was eventually seen, the service was rushed and painful. I noticed the filler was in insulin needles (attached a screen cap from their Instagram that is recent within the last couple months) Regardless I went back a couple weeks later for a touch up (another hour plus wait) and Mimi was sick and obviously distracted including checking her phone after she had put gloves on. She proceeded to really only top up one side of my lips leaving them quite uneven. Unfortunately I don't have any close up pictures because I didn't want to look at them honestly. When I went to see and actual plastic surgeon to fix the irregularities- which she noticed right off the bat, she also remarked on lumpiness and possible granulomas/ nodularity. I'm just happy it has started to dissolve as I was worried for a while it was silicone because of their inability to inform me of a brand name at the time.

I had a very negative experience with the receptionist at this office. When I tried to explain what…read moremy primary care doctor had told me, she responded by saying, "I don't care," and dismissed what I was saying. She repeatedly emphasized that she has worked for Dr. Kraft for 30 years and therefore "knows," instead of listening to my concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should not be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially when discussing medical guidance from another physician. The interaction left a very poor impression.
