I resisted getting surgery to restore my breathing for years. Procrastination only prolongs your…read moremisery and never solves any problems, only taking action does. Constant snoring, mouth breathing and the eventual collapse of my nasal valves upon respiration was beginning to be too much of a burden as I aged. All this in combination with a shrinking nose was about all the motivation I needed to finally take some action. After my 60th birthday, I decided it was time to do something about it because I'm not getting any younger. The clock is simply ticking away, and I want to live healthier for my remaining years on this earth. Rhinoplasty is Dr Dibelius's sole specialty, and it shows in large part in the results of his patients. I developed a keen eye for nasal aesthetics over many years and I could quickly dismiss a surgeon after just viewing a sampling of their work and I was able dismiss countless surgeons just by viewing their websites; needing to see only 10 or so of their patient's results. I always knew when someone had surgery on their nose because there were telltale signs left behind by less qualified surgeons and even when no one else could tell, I always could. My result today by Dr Dibelius is beyond my expectations and who could ask for more than that? The result is essentially the same nose I was born with but more refined looking and in complete harmony with my face. I breathe like a champion racehorse which motivated me to take up running again. Dr Dibelius understands the difference between a surgical appearance and a natural appearance. Notwithstanding my original God given nose, I never looked more natural or better than I do now and the result in function and aesthetics is excellent (to say the least). A special thanks to Amy and Sophia for all their genuine caring work, follow-ups and administrative work behind the scenes. These two women were like family to me and treated me in loving way during my whole journey. In conclusion, I'd advise you to do your own due diligence so don't take my word for this but just do research, investigate and consult with at least 3 surgeons; but do yourself a favor and consult with this highly trained surgeon as at least one of your options. I suspect it will be one of your best decisions you ever made if you want to minimize your risk and obtain a beautiful result you can live with for the rest of your life. I also see him regularly for injections like Botox, Sculptra, and EZ Gel. I keep going back because I consistently see real results that still look very natural. As someone who has become pretty well-versed in plastic surgery (for better or worse!), I truly believe Dr. Westreich is the real deal. I originally found him through extensive online research and because he met a very specific set of criteria I had. I was looking for a facial plastic surgeon (not someone who also does body work), double board certified, with an elite educational background (I know that sounds a bit snobby, but it gave me peace of mind), an office in one of the more expensive Manhattan neighborhoods (sounds snobby again, I know!), a strong reputation for rhinoplasty (since it's one of the most technically challenging procedures), a professional and well-kept office, not cheap but not super expensive, and great bedside manner. Very few doctors checked all those boxes. I called each one, and ultimately chose Dr. Westreich--and I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely happy with all my procedures. A few things worth noting: Dr. Westreich's work is subtle and natural. If you're looking for something more dramatic or "snatched," you should be very clear about that during your consultation. He's also very comfortable saying "no" if he doesn't think a treatment is right for you. While that's what any ethical doctor should do, I felt Dr. Westreich was especially thoughtful about it. I even asked about a facelift, and he told me I wasn't there yet--something I think many other doctors would have been willing to do. He offers a same-day booking discount that requires a deposit, but you still have time to change your mind and receive a full refund. Some of the negative reviews seem to stem from misunderstandings about this policy. Personally, I appreciated the discount, never felt pressured, and always found the staff to be kind and professional. That said, if this type of booking structure doesn't sit well with you, this office may not be the right fit. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Westreich if you're looking for natural-looking results from a skilled and ethical facial plastic surgeon.

I went in to get my lip filler dissolved and called ahead to discuss pricing. My main concern was…read moremy bottom lip, where I had two very prominent bumps. Dr. Westreich injected a dissolving agent into my bottom lip and asked me to schedule a follow-up appointment. At my follow-up, it was clear that one side had dissolved more than the other, but both bumps were still there. He injected the dissolving agent again. To my shock, the front desk charged me for this visit--without any prior mention that I'd be billed again! This was a follow-up appointment, and I had assumed it was part of the original treatment. Ultimately, I had to go to another practice to fully dissolve my filler. Even worse, the new provider was shocked that Dr. Westreich hadn't addressed the puffiness and migration in my top lip. I had been so focused on the lumps in my bottom lip that I didn't think to bring it up, but I would have expected a trained professional to notice and mention it. At the new practice, I had both my top and bottom lip dissolved properly. I'm beyond disappointed--not only with Dr. Westreich's lack of attention to detail but also with being charged twice for an ineffective treatment.

Dr. Chris Funderburk himself has been a pleasure and has done great work for me. This review is not about him--he gets 5 stars. I came in for my first laser facial with Nurse Tara Adashev on 2/17/2026 using the Lutronic Ultra system. I had generally great skin but wanted to improve some minor childhood acne scarring and a separate surgical scar. The procedure went well, and I was instructed to stay out of the sun for 7 days before returning to my normal routine. I followed those instructions and had no issues. Three months later, I returned for a second treatment. I was told it would be the same Lutronic Ultra treatment but on a higher setting. Before the procedure, numbing cream was applied to my face and neck. It is supposed to remain on for at least 30 minutes, but Nurse Tara came in after only about 20 minutes and wanted to begin. I told her my face was still not numb and that I wanted to wait longer. She insisted I would be fine and started anyway. The procedure was extremely painful, and I spent much of it squirming with tears running down my face. Afterward, I texted Office Manager Becca Feldman to ask how long I should avoid sun exposure. She told me 7 days. Assuming the post-care instructions were the same as my first treatment, I followed that advice. After 7 days, I went outside wearing SPF 70 sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. That turned out to be a major mistake. I developed severe burning and hyperpigmentation across my face, particularly on my cheeks and forehead. Even worse, the treatment left two visible scars on my neck and one on my face near my left temple. After several weeks with no improvement, I contacted the office. Rather than showing concern, I was told by Nurse Tara that I should have avoided the sun for 2 weeks, not 1 week, despite having been instructed otherwise by Becca Feldman via text. I received no apology for the incorrect post-care instructions or for the scars that resulted. I was also informed that I had not received the Lutronic Ultra treatment I requested. Instead, I was told a more powerful CO2 laser had been used. The day before this procedure, my skin was nearly flawless with an even complexion. Now I am dealing with severe hyperpigmentation and permanent facial and neck scarring. After spending nearly $30,000 at this clinic over time, I requested a refund for this treatment and was denied. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. No apology from Office Manager Becca Feldman for providing incorrect post-care instructions. No apology from Nurse Tara Adashev. No apology from anyone at the practice. Instead, they kept the more than $1,500 I paid and offered a prescription for skin-bleaching cream to address the damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice for laser treatments. The inconsistent post-care instructions, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility for a poor outcome have been deeply disappointing. Anyone considering laser procedures here should proceed with extreme caution.
