I visited Dr Ginsberg a year ago for a small amount of botox and filler (I had previously had both in modest amounts for a natural look administered by board certified plastic surgeon). I explained my problem areas/concerns, what I had done in the past, then left it to Dr Ginsberg to make his recommendation. He suggested botox and filler under my eyes (which I had never done before) in addition to the usual locations. I trusted his advice and went ahead with it. Within a couple of days, the results were shocking. I had deep, wavy smile lines in my cheeks that were never there before and extremely alarming. Worse still, it was asymmetrical. The effect under my eyes made me look like a different person. Needless to say, I was panicking, having never asked for or experienced this before. I came back to the clinic, where Dr Ginsberg took zero responsibility for the poor results and instead explained how it was all due to MY face/muscles/tolerance etc etc. He dissolved what he could to undo the deep lines on my cheeks and under-eye filler. I left more than a little freaked out and $3k lighter for the experience. I never received any follow up or check in from Dr Ginsberg or the clinic. Zero... Until the 1 year anniversary of this experience where they called me to let me know I was probably due to come back and spend more money with them. No thanks. I get that results differ and it's not an exact science, but admit when you get it wrong. All he had to say was something along the lines of, "it clearly hasn't done what we had hoped / this isn't what it should look like / I'm sorry about the result", then show some duty of care post-visit. But, blaming me for the result, taking my money and then never following up was unprofessional and insulting.

I came in for my first laser facial with Nurse Tara Adashev on 2/17/2026 using the Lutronic Ultra system. I had generally great skin but wanted to improve some minor childhood acne scarring and a separate surgical scar. The procedure went well, and I was instructed to stay out of the sun for 7 days before returning to my normal routine. I followed those instructions and had no issues. Three months later, I returned for a second treatment. I was told it would be the same Lutronic Ultra treatment but on a higher setting. Before the procedure, numbing cream was applied to my face and neck. It is supposed to remain on for at least 30 minutes, but Nurse Tara came in after only about 20 minutes and wanted to begin. I told her my face was still not numb and that I wanted to wait longer. She insisted I would be fine and started anyway. The procedure was extremely painful, and I spent much of it squirming with tears running down my face. Afterward, I texted Office Manager Becca Feldman to ask how long I should avoid sun exposure. She told me 7 days. Assuming the post-care instructions were the same as my first treatment, I followed that advice. After 7 days, I went outside wearing SPF 70 sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. That turned out to be a major mistake. I developed severe burning and hyperpigmentation across my face, particularly on my cheeks and forehead. Even worse, the treatment left two visible scars on my neck and one on my face near my left temple. After several weeks with no improvement, I contacted the office. Rather than showing concern, I was told by Nurse Tara that I should have avoided the sun for 2 weeks, not 1 week, despite having been instructed otherwise by Becca Feldman via text. I received no apology for the incorrect post-care instructions or for the scars that resulted. I was also informed that I had not received the Lutronic Ultra treatment I requested. Instead, I was told a more powerful CO2 laser had been used. The day before this procedure, my skin was nearly flawless with an even complexion. Now I am dealing with severe hyperpigmentation and permanent facial and neck scarring. After spending nearly $30,000 at this clinic over time, I requested a refund for this treatment and was denied. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. No apology from Office Manager Becca Feldman for providing incorrect post-care instructions. No apology from Nurse Tara Adashev. No apology from anyone at the practice. Instead, they kept the more than $1,500 I paid and offered a prescription for skin-bleaching cream to address the damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice for laser treatments. The inconsistent post-care instructions, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility for a poor outcome have been deeply disappointing. Anyone considering laser procedures here should proceed with extreme caution.

After a decade of going back and forth I decided to take the desire seriously and do the research. I watched nearly every video on YouTube and read countless reviews and explanations by Doctors and patients. I don't recommend this level of research to everyone but for me it gave me full confidence that I wanted to go through with this. I was able to go into this with realistic expectations, a general but solid understanding of the procedure and full confidence in the Dr I chose. I chose Dr Greenwald because his results were natural, his methods aligned with what I had learned are "safer" to ensure healthy results and he comes highly rated by patients. I'm VERY happy I went with Dr Greenwald. His pricing is fair, he has a very calm and friendly demeanor, and his staff were all amazing from start to finish. I had my procedure around the Thanksgiving holiday 2021 and had a smooth recovery. The recovery is what I expected - a lot of discomfort no pain, skin feeling very tight, uncomfortable sleeping positions, and the implants took about 3 months to settle into a position that no longer looks like a fresh boob job. I used bio oil to keep them moisturized to avoid stretch marks and mederma on the scars when i was cleared to do so. I had told Dr Greenwald my ideal results and tried not to focus too much on the ccs of other people. Based on my measurements (I'm 5'9 150 lbs) I had an idea that I would be between 375-400 but I felt confident that during the procedure Dr Greenwald would know how to achieve the natural look I wanted. What you agree on before may not be exactly right when he sees the implants in you during surgery. It's important to have a clear idea of how you want them to look on yourself - the implants will for the most part be where your natural breasts lie as well. So if you want high profile vs medium profile, do you want them to have a natural slope or be more rounded on the top. Wish pics of similar body types to yourself are fine to source but i even recommend looking at your doctors result photos to locate wish pics since their work is in the end what you'll be receiving rather than another doctors results. I went from a small B to a full C with 445 ccs. It was more than I expected and was a little scared it was too much at first since I thought of what 445 ccs may look like on other people. This was the final lesson for me of how it truly truly varies for everyone. I am so glad I was patient with my results because I absolutely love them and am very happy with the size. I'm 6 months post op and I still feel good. They feel squishy and sit basically exactly where they were before which i was happy with. I had a tumor removed in my left breast in 2017 and from then on had a bit of a wonky left nipple. Nothing too obvious but Dr Greenwald mentioned it and said he would do his best to even then out. He did better than his best because they're even now! My biggest advice is to take the recovery VERY seriously. Follow the directions and don't go braless or out to party right away. The recovery process heavily impacts your end results! Even if you feel healed externally you don't know how you may be healing internally. I decided to do the procedure in the winter so I could spend the first five months really healing in hoodies and not feeling pressure to heal fast. During the second treatment, he applied a large adhesive band-aid across a sensitive area WITHOUT prior discussion. When removed minutes later, it caused excruciating burning pain (diagnosed as contact dermatitis) that lasted two months. I still have redness there over a year later. The treated site became a dark red circular scar -- LARGER than the original birthmark -- resembling a cigarette burn with a skin depression. I have since gone to other doctors (a plastic surgeon and a laser specialist) to try to fix the damage he caused. SEE MY BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS (one year apart). Full Review: I sought Dr. Hooman Khorasani's help for removing a birthmark on my cheek, choosing him for his advertised expertise in both excision and laser. I was dazzled by the photos of patient results on his website. At my consultation, he advised PreciseFX laser (ablative CO2) over excision, claiming it would produce a smaller scar. The first treatment was fine but didn't eliminate the birthmark. He offered a "touch up" second treatment at no charge. That is where things went wrong. After administering a numbing injection (15 minutes prior to the laser treatment), he applied a large band-aid with strong adhesive to my cheek without consulting me. There was only a drop or two of blood, making the band-aid feel completely unnecessary. Upon removal, it caused immediate irritation to my sensitive skin. Had the doctor paused to discuss the step beforehand, I would have been able to disclose my skin sensitivity and request a different approach. The severe reaction that followed could have been easily avoided. I believe the band-aid was used merely to cover the site while moving me between treatment rooms -- out of the doctor's concern about how I would look to other patients if they saw me -- rather than for medical necessity (it was not applied during my first treatment, when I did not have to switch rooms). The resulting CONTACT DERMATITIS was excruciating, lasting TWO MONTHS. It was so painful I had to alter my work schedule. I called the office within days of the treatment to report the unrelenting pain and seek guidance. When Dr. Khorasani returned the call, he sounded bothered and talked down to me, repeating himself in a frustrated tone when I asked for clarification. Speaking to a patient in this manner -- especially one who was suffering from a procedure-related complication -- was entirely inappropriate and fell short of the professional standards of medical conduct. Six weeks later, the treated birthmark site was a depression surrounded by a dark red/purple blotch. It was larger than the original mark and looked like a cigarette burn. At my six-week follow-up appointment, Dr. Khorasani advised waiting several months to see if the redness would subside, noting his earlier claim that in 90% of patients, redness goes away by the nine-month mark. He suggested an excision later if I was unhappy -- the very procedure I originally expected. I would never let him touch my face again, nor pay his exorbitant fees. RESULTS AT ONE YEAR (SEE PHOTOS): I waited a full year to see if the redness in the laser scar would subside -- but it did not. Given my complexion, this outcome felt predictable. I still have lingering redness at the site of the dermatitis as well, which I did not have prior to this treatment. I have since consulted two separate specialists to repair the damage. This has cost me a lot more money and a FULL YEAR of time. I had to restart the process from the beginning with an excision from another doctor. I spent that year self-conscious, avoiding social and professional situations, and keeping the scar covered. I'll never get that time back. Note on fees: His fees are significantly higher than other top NYC doctors for identical services. I would absolutely NEVER recommend Dr. Hooman Khorasani!
