I've getting eyelash extensions a lot recently and I saw this place on Groupon. I was a little skeptical because I usually go to ktown to get my eyelash extensions done but I was super excited to see a place in my neighborhood doing eyelash extension. I didn't get her name, but my lash tech was super efficient. She had me in and out within 45 minutes which is so fast. I love the way she did it and it's been about a week and they still look amazing. I will definitely be returning to this place! I've been coming to EE eyelash & spa for months now! I definitely recommend this place. I remember when COVID just hit everything had to close and I was disappointed that I couldn't get pampered like post COVID. When EE lash opened I was super excited to try this place. I got a Groupon deal at first. Super cheap! After that, I just kept coming back because my extensions lasted 3-6 weeks. I still have 70% of my lashes after 3 weeks! That miraculous! Most eyelash places I went to only last 3-4 weeks. The technician applying the eyelash is also very gentle. I've been pinched 6 times in one session at another eyelash so I'm super scared about doing lashes now but in EE lash, they're very careful going about how to apply the lashes! I got my lashes done today! The place was really well decorated and I enjoyed how relaxing it was. I did not get the name of the technician, but she was the only one working there today. She was super nice and talked me through getting the style that I liked. The only thing is that I wasn't aware they only had j curls. It was extremely natural (but I did get the natural style because the technician said I couldn't do the doll style) and two of them have already fell out. I wish I was informed beforehand about the curl style as I had showed a sample picture (which was likely a C or D curly) Will update how they hold in 2 weeks. Update: the owner had contacted me and had informed me that this was actually a B or C curl and that they don't do J curls. read more

Really wanted to give this place a better rating because the service was pretty good. Bought a Groupon and they really tried to accommodate me. They only accept Groupon customers Wednesday - Friday and need $20 deposit. When I got there on a Friday at 6:45, they took me right away. Going up the stairs was a little shady, it was super dark with no lights. However, the place itself is pretty big. The tech who did my lashes said I could pay $10 more to get 90 lashes and thicker ones. The Groupon I bought was for 70 mink lashes. I like my lashes more dramatic so I said okay. However as she was doing my lashes, she said that I had too many baby lashes and not enough so she couldn't even do 70 which was fine, not her fault. However, in the end she still charged me the extra $10 and when I asked her why, she said it was because she used the thicker lashes on me. I didn't think they were thick at all but I didn't argue with her. I do my lashes all the time and have been to many places but this was definitely the lightest set. Even my friend who saw me after couldn't tell my lashes were done. My tech also only finished in like half an hour when it usually takes at least an hour +. Not worth it, deff feel I got ripped off. read more

(Found the place through Groupon) Lady was nice enough to fit me in a "busy day" if I paid for the cost of Groupon upfront instead of using voucher. This is not my first time getting lashes done. My original eyelash appointment was on November 25th, with one of their technicians (not the one that is normally at the front desk). I paid extra for thick cashmere, 12 and 13 in length, c curl 70 set. My eyelashes looked spotty with holes in between when I opened my eyes. Very sparse and not natural. So many came out as well, even when my eyes blinked some would fall off in my eyes. I went home and noticed this under natural light instead of the light they had. I contacted the spa to see if I can come back in for a fill, and fix November 27th. The technician that normally answers the phones did my eyelashes this time, and mixed in 10,11s, in c-curl regular cashmere. It is now December 5th, and most of the 12, 13s fell out. Either the technique they do they are purposely not wanting them to stay and be long lasting, or the glue is ineffective. Ive never had to get a fill within 4 days, and never woke up with so many eyelashes on my face or on my satin pillow. I sleep on my back and my side on satin pillowcases and sheets. Now with the phase 2 opening, I came here to get my lashes done since I lived in the area and wanted to check out this new place. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to the 2nd floor and it opened up to the entire place. I wish I took pictures of the place but it was honestly so cute and you can tell it was just newly renovated. There's a little seating area to the left with a nicely decorated couch and table. There was another client getting their lashes done so I waited in the area until I was called next. The technician/owner was very friendly and very nice and did a pretty good job in sanitizing the surfaces and the chair before I got on. We chatted a bit before it was time start getting my lashes done. Everything went smoothly and I'm pretty sure I twitched a few times because I was about to fall asleep. The music and the atmosphere was very welcoming and soothing. Attached are the results from my luxury volume set! Pretty nice and I got the "open eye" style!
