I literally have been having a nightmare week with them. I got my lashes done on Saturday and they were so over curled and tangled. I asked for a correction. I've been coming here for quite some time and haven't had this problem before. I came back in to get help and they are even worse now instead of curling upwards they are curling so much that they hit my eyelids. I sent a picture to management because they told me to put oil in them and they are still curling into my eyelids with the oil in. I asked for a refund and they literally will not get back to me. I followed up multiple times now. Most of the time this place is good, but when something goes wrong, they're pretty bad at handling it. I got these lashes done for a trip to Italy on Valentine's Day, and they have been the best lashes that I've ever gotten done hands down! They're super soft, natural, barley any lashes have fallen down since 2/14 (today is 2/23/23) and I really enjoyed their service. First time here but third time overall getting lashes done, and for some reason every other time it comes out more dramatic than I've wanted (even just doing classic), but the classic natural set was perfect!! I'm so in love with my lashes! The technician was super nice and professional, I felt absolutely no discomfort during the process. I came back 10 minutes later to explain that I looked crazy and needed it fixed. the receptionist "fit me in" with another lash tech who said she would make them more straight - proceeded to burn my eyes while applying water at the end I'm assuming the perm solution was going into my eye- shouted it's just water. When I left, I had paid 203 with tax and tip (which I gave the first tech) to have my eyelashes look worse than when I showed up. there's no customer service number. read more

As far as lash studios go in terms of ambience and quality this place is on par with most. They do a great detailed job and are very friendly. In terms of price, you can definitely find a place of the same caliber of quality and ambience that is much less. This place is very close to my apartment so I go there a matter of convenience. Today they charged me the lash removal fee of 35 dollars (without asking if I wanted the other lashes removed). My remaining lashes (there were like 10 left) were from 6 weeks ago and considering they require you to get a full set just find it to be a little too $$$. I could have paid for two Ubers and a new set at the place I go to near work for less than it was all in. Again the quality and people are nice and it's a very convenient location- just find their pricing slightly obscene. read more

I have been coming to lash me both locations in Brooklyn for about two years now....and let me tell you , that this year lash me has started to suck badly with their service as compared to two years back. I literally had to cancel my appointment I had the other day because I had a severe family emergency situation I had to tend to, and the Manager Crystal who was there at the location of Brooklyn heights day of my appointment, she literally gave me attitude and hung up on me when I tried to call her back to reschedule my appointment for lash refill after explaining to her my family emergency situation which is why I couldn't make the appt. I attempted to call again because that was really oddly random, and extremely unprofessional of her hanging up a call for no reason, but when I tried calling number again, she would pick up and hang up again....so I decided to call the other caroll garden location to book appointment with them, and the girl there tells me the manager Crystal put a note in my file to not make an appointment for me until I pay the late cancellation fee, which I didn't understand why I had to pay when I literally had a emergency family situation that I had to tend to....but apparently The manager Crystal didn't care about none of that , and she was too money hungry to get the cancellation fee from me, that she ended up telling the receptionist to not take my calls at all, until I pay the cancellation fee...this is absurd as I never once experienced this before with the other manager, but this Crystal person needs a reality check because this is not how you run your business by being money hungry to point you do not have no empathy for someone going through a emergency family situation, like literally she has no care- disrespectfully hanging up the phone when I was explaining to her my emergency situation, and she literally told the receptionist at Brooklyn heights location to not pick up my calls....hence I had to call caroll garden location that day to ask that receptionist like what's going on, as I was highly confused by the unprofessional extremely rude behavior by the manager Crystal. Like I didn't ever experience this from other Manager Frenda, who has always been nice, respectful, and a great person overall....but like this Crystal person needs to come down from whatever pedestal she has mentally placed herself on because frankly speaking, she's not doing a good job at running this business and losing clients like with unwanted...I also noticed that even all the great lash techs like Chanel for example, have quit working with this lash company this year, which I was shocked by because like I had 4 past lash techs from 2022 year, that were all great , my to go people to get my lashes fixed....but literally these all 4 lash techs quit on Crystal and like that was extremely saddening for me because they those lash techs that quit were so great at doing lashes , and now there all these new lash techs working, which is Okay but I wish the others have not left. Who knows when these new lash techs end up leaving too. The manager Crystal (of both locations), has drastically changed even the pricing, INCREASED all the prices for everything, like for example Crystal she decided to put in a 35$ lash removal fee to REMOVE their OWN lashes each time you wanna do refill, they OVERCHARGE purposely now with 35$ lash removal which is bizarre because this just further proves my point that the manager Crystal has no idea on how run the business in a reasonable way that also satisfies the clients....shes only focused on her money, which I understand we all need money, but c'mon have some empathy for clients like especially like when they cancel because of family emergency situation & Crystal literally rudely all she wants is to pay up the fee or else I won't get future lash appointments. This was so messed up of her, like in this day and age, people should learn to have some humanity here, because you also need that to successfully run a business for the long run. read more

I've been going to LashMe for extensions a few months now. The first couple times I went, I was pleased with the results. I also want to note that everyone who works there is kind and welcoming, and the space is very clean and well kept. That being said, I feel strongly that I paid way more than I should have for the last couple fills I've gotten. The first photo is from May 6th, when I got a full glamour fill (120 lashes), D curl. I believe paid around $250 total with tip ($210 for the set) which isn't cheap! I was really disappointed with how they turned out, especially with all the gaps. I reached out to the salon and they kindly offered to fix them for free, although I did tip. I was still really disappointed with the results afterwards, but I just sucked it up. I went back in the following week for a one week refill and specifically told the technician that I want my lashes to look full and dramatic since I was graduating the next day and I wanted my eyes to stand out in my grad photos. I paid $80 for the fill plus $16 tip. The result is shown in the photo on the right. To me the outer lashes do not look blended at all. Everyone who saw this photo agreed that these lashes do not look right. I ended up wearing sunglasses in all of my graduation photos. So in total, I spent over $300 on my lashes in ten days and honestly I don't think the results reflect that at all. I am really not one to normally complain and I've been really reluctant to post this, but I just feel like I wasted a huge sum of money for really subpar results. I have been taking care of my lashes, using a cleanser, and yet the retention is horrible. I used to pay $275 for a full fill with my previous lash technician in Massachusetts, which is objectively expensive, but the outcome was always phenomenal and I could go 4-6 weeks without getting a fill, which made it worth it to me. Unfortunately I won't be coming back to Lash Me in the future. Again, I think the technicians are lovely and accommodating, I can't justify the prices relative to the outcome. read more
