Not the best lash place I've been. Significant amount of lashes lost within 2 weeks. At 3 weeks, lashes embarrassingly almost fully gone. Difficult to find time to schedule. They rescheduled one of my appointments. Beds not super comfortable and don't feel clean. Lash tech was stopping to cough a lot while doing my service. 24 hour cancellation policy is a bit harsh. Will return to my other lash spot in Brooklyn where they are quicker and lashes stay on for longer and 6 hour cancellation. read more

I found this spot online because I desperately wanted to get my false eyelashes removed and was able to get an appointment quickly via their online portal. The space is very cozy, they even have blankets for you while you're laying there (nice touch!) and the receptionists are very friendly. The second time I came for a full set and the technician I had was wonderful. I really liked the dramatic look and results. The third time I came for a refill, after 3-weeks and it was not as great of an experience. I had quite a few painful moments and when I opened my eyes, they immediately started to water and burn. I had to close my eyes again, for the technician to use the dryer once more. Then I also noticed that there was glue oddly on my left eye corner, that was stuck to my skin, when I used the restroom before I left. I think the next time I come back, I'll request the same two technicians I had on my first initial visits. read more

Amazing experience with my lash specialist Binu. The session started with a free consultation where you pick which lash style (length, thickness, shape, etc.) you want for the service. I haven't gotten my lashes done in so long I forgot you can customize your style. If you are having a tough time with the options, Binu provided great recommendations and I was very happy with the result I got. You also get 30% off as a first time customer, and if you refer a friend you can get $20 off. I would definitely come back again to get my lashes done before a special occasion. Just be aware that you can't get your lashes wet for the next 24 hours after they are implanted. Mine fell off mostly around week 1.5 which I think is the expected anyways if you wash your face often. read more

I literally have been having a nightmare week with them. I got my lashes done on Saturday and they were so over curled and tangled. I asked for a correction. I've been coming here for quite some time and haven't had this problem before. I came back in to get help and they are even worse now instead of curling upwards they are curling so much that they hit my eyelids. I sent a picture to management because they told me to put oil in them and they are still curling into my eyelids with the oil in. I asked for a refund and they literally will not get back to me. I followed up multiple times now. Most of the time this place is good, but when something goes wrong, they're pretty bad at handling it. They charge you for a full set after a certain amount of time, regardless, rather than going off of your lash retention. TL,DR: my lashes were over processed, crooked and fried. After 5 attempts at asking for a refund, they still have not issued one. The whole story: I received a lash lift treatment in November. I have been getting lifts for the past 2 years consecutively in San Francisco, and have always been happy with the results. I just moved to New York and was eager to find where my new lash salon would be. Finding the location of Lash Me can be a bit confusing, as it is situated behind a small door and up a flight of stairs. Once inside, the ambiance is beautiful, peaceful and inviting. I laid down on the table and was happy that the technician did a meticulous, gentle job of laying the rod down. They added the solution to my lashes, then laid a piece of saran wrap on top (which i had never experienced in previous treatments) As i was lying there, I felt as though the solution was left on much longer than usual. Once complete, they combed my lashes out and sent me on my way. I then went shopping in sephora and as i was browsing, i noticed my inner corner of my left eye was curling crooked in the wrong direction. Additionally, the rod they used was too small and my long lashes seemed to curl inwards to my lid instead of up. I was annoyed, but having had a ton of lash lifts before, i know this happens from time to time. Following protocol, I waited 24 hours before wetting them. After i washed my face, i noticed even more crookedness. The lashes looked like fried little spider legs going in all directions. I have never done this for a service before, but there was so much damage I had to I send an email with pictures saying i was dissatisfied and asked for a refund. They got back to me apologized and offered a free fix, explaining that they would remove the solution and they would go back to their previous state. I go back to the salon, they evaluate my lashes state and i lay down on the table again. As i'm lying there with my eyes closed, the process seems very similar to the lift, but i trust that they knew what they were doing. They complete the process and show me that they have done another lift, and the only fix was the wonky inner corner. I was so shocked and didn't know what to do at this point so i just left. another 24 hours, another wash and my lashes are even more fried than the first time. I frantically researched how to remedy the situation and essentially the only solution is to let them grow out. So i reached out again for a refund as i was still dissatisfied, and they offered to fix them a third time. I did not trust them to touch my lashes again in fear they would fall out, so i declined and asked for a refund again (3). No response. I follow up again (4) and they offer a fix again. Respectfully, no I don't want you touching my lashes again. I ask for a refund once more (5) and no response. With all of the positive reviews, I feel like my experience is an edge case, but really disappointed in the way it's been handled. read more

Love this place. Have been going here consistently for 3 week refills (natural cashmere 9-13, D curl, round). The online booking portal is super easy to use and it's always stress free finding a time slot that fits my schedule. All the technicians and receptionists I've worked with over the last 2.5 years have been sweet and professional. Most importantly my lashes always look fab even as they approach 3 weeks! I would never, ever come here again. This is just a lash mill. There is no artistry whatsoever. I came here yesterday to get lashes for my wedding happening on Friday. I'm so damn pissed with what I ended up with. I told them I wanted wispy lashes and showed them a photo of my previous lash artist (who is in Oregon, where I live so I couldn't use her unfortunately). They told me it wasn't wispy, but cat eye. What I showed was both, but they have no skill here whatsoever to recreate anything. They make you pick the curl and the length yourself, which is nuts to me. If you're a lash artist, you should be able to look at photos and look at someone's eye and pick the best shape and length for them to achieve the look they want. I ended up with extremely short lashes at the center of the eye and the longest, widest lashes ever on the sides of my eyes. I looked cross-eyed and ridiculous. I knew it right away, but I hate making a fuss. So I asked them to take some off the sides and tried not to be a pain. I left, but I got around the corner and realized I can't fix this before the wedding and I paid over $200 + tip for these lashes, I should get what I want. So I went back and asked them to fix it almost in tears. They were completely confused about what to do. I said I want wispy longer lashes toward the middle of the eye and to take out some from the sides so it's less wide. So they had another person see me who took out a few and added just a few longer ones to the middle. It still wasn't right but it was a little better and I didn't want to cry so I left it. The entire time they are fixing it, the lash person who did the original lashes, Xiu Lin, is going off in her home language to them. Even coming up and essentially yelling in my ear as they are fixing it. She's calling me every name in the book and yelling and they are laughing and talking to her. Completely unprofessional. Then they tell me I can come back any time this week for a complimentary fix if I still don't like it, just call them. Well I call them 30 minutes after I leave to find out no one picks up the phone. It's a text service. I tell them I'm unhappy and need to come back the next morning to fix it and they ignore me, even after two texts. I have no time to do it before my wedding so I'm just stuck like this and I'm so mad I came here. This place sucks. The person I saw has no skill at all. You're in a room with like 6 other beds. It's just a money grab. Spend the $200 elsewhere with an actual lash artist where you work with them 1-on-1 and they specialize in this. I will never ever go to a place like this again. I have been coming to lash me both locations in Brooklyn for about two years now....and let me tell you , that this year lash me has started to suck badly with their service as compared to two years back. I literally had to cancel my appointment I had the other day because I had a severe family emergency situation I had to tend to, and the Manager Crystal who was there at the location of Brooklyn heights day of my appointment, she literally gave me attitude and hung up on me when I tried to call her back to reschedule my appointment for lash refill after explaining to her my family emergency situation which is why I couldn't make the appt. I attempted to call again because that was really oddly random, and extremely unprofessional of her hanging up a call for no reason, but when I tried calling number again, she would pick up and hang up again....so I decided to call the other caroll garden location to book appointment with them, and the girl there tells me the manager Crystal put a note in my file to not make an appointment for me until I pay the late cancellation fee, which I didn't understand why I had to pay when I literally had a emergency family situation that I had to tend to....but apparently The manager Crystal didn't care about none of that , and she was too money hungry to get the cancellation fee from me, that she ended up telling the receptionist to not take my calls at all, until I pay the cancellation fee...this is absurd as I never once experienced this before with the other manager, but this Crystal person needs a reality check because this is not how you run your business by being money hungry to point you do not have no empathy for someone going through a emergency family situation, like literally she has no care- disrespectfully hanging up the phone when I was explaining to her my emergency situation, and she literally told the receptionist at Brooklyn heights location to not pick up my calls....hence I had to call caroll garden location that day to ask that receptionist like what's going on, as I was highly confused by the unprofessional extremely rude behavior by the manager Crystal. Like I didn't ever experience this from other Manager Frenda, who has always been nice, respectful, and a great person overall....but like this Crystal person needs to come down from whatever pedestal she has mentally placed herself on because frankly speaking, she's not doing a good job at running this business and losing clients like Crystal could have just spoken to me on call to explain that I need to pay the fee to make future appointments. Instead she never explains any of that and rudely kept hanging up on me , in childish manner...I also noticed that even all the great lash techs like Chanel for example, have quit working with this lash company this year, which I was shocked by because like I had 4 past lash techs from 2022 year, that were all great , my to go people to get my lashes fixed....but literally these all 4 lash techs quit on Crystal and like that was extremely saddening for me because they those lash techs that quit were so great at doing lashes , and now there all these new lash techs working, which is Okay but I wish the others have not left. Who knows when these new lash techs end up leaving too. The manager Crystal (of both locations), has drastically changed even the pricing, INCREASED all the prices for everything, like for example Crystal she decided to put in a 35$ lash removal fee to REMOVE their OWN lashes each time you wanna do refill, they OVERCHARGE purposely now with 35$ lash removal which is bizarre because this just further proves my point that the manager Crystal has no idea on how run the business in a reasonable way that also satisfies the clients....shes only focused on her money, which I understand we all need money, but c'mon have some empathy for clients like especially like when they cancel because of family emergency situation & Crystal literally rudely all wants is to pay up the fee or else I won't get future lash appointments. This was so messed up of her, like in this day and age, people should learn to have some humanity here, because you also need that to successfully run a business for the long run. read more

I intended on making this my go to place, until I found out how insensitive and callous the owner Frenda is. Upon finding out I was pregnant, I needed to cancel my appointment with them due to a doctor's visit. I called 23 hours in advance more than the required 6 business hours. My plan was to reschedule after finding out if the service was safe during first trimester pregnancy. Frenda, who was whom I spoke with was very short, rude and downright inconsiderate. She would not even let me continue to speak by abruptly cutting me off with not so much as a congratulations. Instead I was to of you want to resume services give us a call. No I do not wish to resume services ever. Jamie should be the only person allowed to speak to customers . I understand this is a business, however your lack of empathy to your customers with such a personal service being provided is unacceptable. I have recommend this place, unfortunately I will no longer. Ladies feel free to go here if you do not plan on being blessed with a child. They do not care about you or your well-being. I moved from California to New York and had such a difficult time finding a new lash artist. I tried a few and man were they BAD! Then I found Lash Me. The Brooklyn Heights location is clean and relaxing, I am sure the Carroll Gardens location is just as nice. Everyone one that I have encountered at BH is so pleasant. I've had my eyelashes done by two different artists, most recently Chanel. Both were great and I receive a lot of compliments on my lashes. They even offer discounts by purchasing series if you are someone who comes for 2 or 3 week lash maintenance sessions like myself. I highly recommend Lash Me! read more
