The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. My house is quite big with lots of windows. They cleaned some of the really dirty windows twice to make sure they're absolutely clean. They came with a van full of professional equipment, including a water filtering system. Diego explained that filtered water leaves no streaks on the glass after it dries. They used a rotating tube-shaped brush roller designed to clean solar panels. Although it was not part of the job, they used the pressure washer to clean the gutter covers, exterior walls and eaves along the front of my house and even pressure washed my long brick walkway as a bonus. I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would definitely hire Always Clean to routinely clean the entire exterior of my house. Their price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work that Anderson and Diego did.
