Not the case... I guess this is what usually happens when you hire a company that relies on subcontractors. Subcontractors can't be supervised or monitored, because that would qualify them as employees that means that Cappstone/No More Dirt would have to pay them employment benefits. Yelp is an amazing place to find local service providers (don't be afraid to call a few) And of course, no matter how nice and sweet they may seem to you, don't forget to ask for proof of insurance, specially Insurance for their employees. We are in the process of interviewing a couple of companies we found here on Yelp, unfortunately there's a 30 day notice that Cappstone will enforce, so we'll have to wait a few more days.
