One day, it would not start. I replaced battery cables cleaned all contacts all the way to the starter. A friend recommended a mechanic who charged $250 trip fee that included one hour service. He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. I have recommended you to a person in Lampasas who was asking about a tractor mechanic. I hope they call you. I appreciate the fantastic service I got from you.

Bought my own tires (this is the 3rd time I've bought my own online). Got the car over there, he got it done finally, I'm not sure if $240 is too much for install of 4 tires/mount/balance, which, they don't seem balanced, I have vibration & my rims aren't bent. But he also complained the whole time about he can't do that again, I should buy tires from him etc... Sorry but I'm not going to buy tires at 200% mark up! I mean, your still making money off labor! He kept going on about how 'mom & pop' shops are going to go out of biz because online stores, SORRY, I'm going to go out of biz if I buy overpriced tire's! I brought him biz which should be thx enough! I could have gotten in MUCH sooner at discount tire! I almost forgot to throw in the grease/dirt on my steering wheel, never had that happen at discount.

Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
