False charges for work not performed - definite felt bait and switch with these people - billing my credit card in full for just five minutes in chair imaging - 5100.00 for a digital imaging ( camera)..... never did molds, settings, fittings etc... for this "temp" to see what would look like and billed entire amount to credit card. Said while in chair "would like to just get these images done while you're in the chair.... Will only take about 5 minutes"... when I walked out of that five minutes they handed us a 5100.00 bill for that five minutes.... These people go beyond any bad players I have ever seen before. read more

I had to give one star to leave a review. Biggest jerk I've ever met! Loves to make you feel stupid. I went in for a consult for implants, smile in a day. No insurance. He told me $100,000 cash up front no working up to it. So for four years I went with no top teeth. Just figured I'd never have them again. Couldn't afford that. Thought I'd sell my farm. Put it on the market. Didn't sell ok no teeth for me. Well at least I didn't have a job working with the public Met another dentist. He worked with me. Dr. Eggleston and his team are the BEST ! No really, they are! I have been a patient of Dr. E for 7 years. Just this past week I had to have an emergency root canal. I call it an "emergency root canal" because I was in so much pain. Dr. E's schedule was full so he stayed 2 hours late to make sure that I was out of pain. I went to this dentist because my other dentist just about killed me after putting on a crown. I know crowns shouldn't hurt, but this one did! When I asked her for more pain meds, she told me to "just hold on" and that "it'll only be a second." I had to stay home from work all week from pain. My sister's dentist, Dr. Eggleston, saved me. I won't say any more about that... Also, that other dentist told me I needed my wisdom teeth pulled "just in case," but Dr. Eggleston said that was ridiculous and was able to crown/cap one of my wisdom teeth--pain free! The office is nice, the staff is great, and most importantly, the dentist does not cause any pain! I highly recommend. read more

Dr E and his staff are amazing! Growing up I hated the dentist, I was terrified and as an adult, my anxiety did not get any better with the experiences I had. From the moment I walked into Dr. E's office to the moment I left, I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed. I went to see this Dentist a few weeks ago. I was told it was going to cost me $56,000.00 for implants. Highly disappointed. I was told it would take over a year to complete my dental work. What a false advertisement walk in one day and come iut the same day with new teeth. To come to find out he is a dentist not a dental surgeon. I went to see an oral surgeon and explained my bad experience with this dentist. I asked if I could file a complaint against him because I felt that his staff was phony and his services is a scam. I will be filing a report with the board of dental association, BBB, Consumer Affairs, Kat country and Kurtis Ming KCRA 3. Don't waist your time with his consultation This is one of my worst experiences ever and one of the biggest scams I have ever heard of. read more

Hands down the most professional dentist office I've gone to. I needed an implant, but first needed a bone graft. Dr. Eggelston is professional, knowledgeable, and definitely at the cutting edge of his trade. He gave me numerous options and guided me to the one that worked best for me. I have had the surgery; and and currently am waiting for the next step. When I had issues with a doctors note for work, the doctor and the front office staff were very quick to provide follow up. But Dr Eggleston and staff made me feel like I was with my own family I was treated with respect and dignity and no judgement. I have heard Dr. Eggleston advertised on the radio over the past few years. One of my co-workers had work done by him last year (just in time for his wedding.) Another person who had just installed new windows for me, also had work done by him last July...so you can say I have seen first hand, the stellar results of his work. I finally made my own appointment with him February of this year. I had some previous work done with another dentist that ended in less than favorable results. (I won't go into detail.) So far..so GREAT! Dr Eggleston is a true, talented and knowledgable artist in his field. You've heard the saying "No Pain, No Gain"? Not so with Dr. Eggleston. With him it is "No Pain, All Gain"... for the patient. My gain is the smile I leave with after each visit. I am truly amazed at his artistry. That said I need to comment on his wonderful and caring staff. They are the top of the line. As a whole they provide premier customer service which is invaluable! My journey is to long to tell but I regret going and having my implants done by this dental office, they are like real teeth in front but back tweety have no separation between the teeth, they are very uneven and thick in spots , the metal implants were installed leaning inward so the teeth lean in towards my tongue causing major problem with eating so the Dr. removed them for repairs and I've never heard back I now have no teeth on bottom back right of my mouth just two metal implants with no teeth! read more

I have had a lot of bad experience with dentists in my lifetime. So far, this dentist has been the best I have ever experienced. All of their work is quoted openly, no hidden charges, additional charges after the fact or bait & switch stuff, which surprisingly, a lot of dentists like to do. This is not a "discount" office, but I don't have insurance & that's not a problem for them. We pay out of pocket for everything & we pay for procedures at each step of the way here, never all up front. (Dental insurance is pointless anyway because it doesn't pay for what we really want, which is the best procedures.) They always numb completely before doing anything & make sure you are ready. I have had a root canal once at another office that was not properly numbed & it was a very uncomfortable experience. They also don't try to sell you procedures you don't need or anesthesia you don't need. Dr. Eggleston is very nice & has a great friendly staff. They are also very quick but not rushing. I had an implant inserted & it took about an hour & I drove home right after. I felt swelling right after the insertion but no pain at any time during or after the procedure. I didn't have to "recover". I liked it so much, I convinced my boyfriend to get his done here too! Honestly, if you care about your teeth & smile, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else. After my previous experiences, I am of the opinion that you can't skimp out on your dental health, ever. You will not pay discounted prices here, but it's worth every dime. This place is about quality & customer service & I am extremely happy with the results of the work they have done for us so far. read more
