I tried both the paneer and chicken masala sandwiches. Plenty of flavor and spice. I liked them both quite a lot. It was a delivery.

Some time back, I did DoorDash from this place and when my friend visited me, we decided to dine in. We ordered many different options and everything was very flavorful. Food was very light and great thing is that you can customize your oil preferences. We had ordered masala soda and masala thumbs up - however, the fizz was not there (probably, mixing soda and masala removes all fizz). Overall, great place to have good food. Really good food, I don't always finish everything, but here I did for sure. The staff was nice and attentive. Both the drinks and food were really flavorful and didn't taste like every other brunch spot. I think this is my favorite egg sandwich in the area. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and there is plenty of parking. When I walked inside it looked much nicer then I expected! Very clean and modern styled decor. Love it! When I saw the name of the restaurant, I figured it was a typical American breakfast restaurant... boy was I wrong. This is a fantastic Indian restaurant! A large amount of the menu contains eggs (hence the name EggMania) I was not exactly sure what to order for my first visit here. So I came here to the Yelp app to see photos. I finally decided on the Paneer Bhurji. I asked for it to be prepared spicy with butter (you could also have it made with oil) All I can say is wow!! The seasoning and flavors went together beautifully! I literally scraped the bowl clean! It came with a tortilla like bread... Chatpata? Which was also delicious. I would definitely eat this again and highly recommend! Especially if you like spicy food! They can make it mild too! My husband ordered the Tawa Butter Chicken! It was a little too spicy for his taste buds but he ordered the Jerra Rice, and that cooled down the level of spice for him and he ate the entire portion. I could not resist scraping his bowl clean too. It was the best Butter Chicken that I have personally tasted! The restaurant is very clean. There are cute chairs made of of barrels... they add character. The tables were spread apart nicely, it does not feel crowded in here at all. This place is pretty good! Although the name is eggmania, they have plenty more things beyond that...paneer, veggie sandwiches, dabeli, etc. The ambiance/restaurant itself is very clean and more on the casual side. Perfect place to catch up or hangout. Service is good too - there's usually this one girl at the cashier that does everything. It use to be self-serve but has now transitioned to them taking care of everything. Prices are reasonable as well. One thing - i would recommend going on the weekends rather than a weekday. Food is usually more fresh. I went on a few weekdays and the food felt old/frozen. Highly recommend! read more

We were a group of two people and enjoyed very tasty food again. As there was no one we made ourselves comfortable and grabbed an Indian drink called Masala Jeera. Jeera means cumin seeds and the drink had a unique taste. As a ritual, first we had 2 Paneer Rolls, one for each. Please check my previous review for Paneer Rolls. Along with that we ordered Egg Paplet and 3 Chapatis. I have not tried this dish before, so I tried it and it turned out to be very tasty. It had cheese and masala boiled eggs stuffed in an omelet which was mixed in mint gravy. It was a great combination with the chapatis. My friend and I really liked it. Besides this, my buddy ordered Crispy Chicken and he said it tasted delicious. At the end we ordered Masala Papad. I initially thought it was just a papad, but the presentation was appealing and tasted good. It was a roasted papad with tomato, onion, and cilantro with masala on the top. On our way out, we got some fresh pan as a mouth freshener and for good quick digestion. Our order got a little expensive, but it was all worth it. read more

Tried this place for the first time for lunch today. Apparently this is a restaurant out of New Jersey and they have opened their first restaurant in Schaumburg, IL in a strip mall. The restaurant is focused on unique egg dishes from India (mainly Gujarat) but they also have a good variety of paneer and chicken dishes. We had wanted to try their tandoor dishes but the owner said that their tandoor was not in yet. The good thing is they can make the food to your spice level even if some menu items say spicy. According to them, they also make the chapattis fresh in house. They also serve their food in biodegradable dishes which was good to see. The ambience of the restaurant is really nice. Very clean, modern space with plenty of seating. If you love egg dishes, you must try this place. We tried the following dishes: 1. Boil Tikka - egg curry in a tomato based gravy. We asked for it to be made spicy which they did. It was super flavorful and delicious. We ordered jeera rice to go with it and it was a perfect pairing. 2. Paneer Masala Sandwich - 4 big slices come with this sandwich. You can easily share this if you want to try other dishes. Plenty of moist paneer in this panini style sandwich. Not dry and very flavorful with the condiments on it. 3. Tawa Butter Chicken - it was good but felt it needed a little salt and tad bit creamier. Otherwise the chicken was very moist and not dry. 4. Ground Chicken Kheema Pav - this was spicy and very tasty. I would go back for this dish again. 5. Paneer Lahori - whatever the chef uses in this "secret gravy" dish was delicious. Definitely would order this again. 6. Desi Kheemo - shredded boiled egg in a masala gravy. It was also good. 7. Masala Chaach - spicy buttermilk dish. It was good and spicy. I felt it could use a little more ground roasted cumin but tasty nevertheless. It definitely has a kick so order only if you like your "chaach" a little spicy. If you are in the mood for some Indian inspired egg dishes and want to take a break from the typical Indian food you get at an Indian restaurant, do give this place a try. Egg Mania is located in the inside plaza on Salem and Golf. The place does not get too busy and service is good. When you walk in you will observe the funny egg related jokes posted on the wall. Their menu is projected on the TV behind the counter. You will need to order at the counter and then the food is served on your table. Each item is made to order which makes it easy to customize and control the spice level. If you have nut allergy then talk to them before ordering. Most of the food is made in peanut oil and Butter chicken has almond paste. Some items could be made separate but talk to them before ordering. They do not have water or drink fountain. If you want water then buy water bottles or ask them to give plastic glasses with a jug of water. The food is served in biodegradable paper plates, which is good for the environment. We tried different food option. We got each item with mild spice but you can make it spicier. Below is what we got: * Paneer Masala Sandwich: it is a very flavorful marinated paneer with cucumber and sauces. If you want sandwiches then this is good to order. * Boil Fry: pieces of boiled eggs mixed with several spices. Good to start, but if you are ordering egg dishes then get different non-egg appetizer. * Desi Kheemo: shredded boiled egg mixed in Indian spices. This had a good spice flavor. *Paneer Lahori: Thin slices of Paneer in a thick gravy sauce. The sauce is delicious but could use more Paneer pieces. * Butter Chicken: chicken was soft and well marinated. * Chicken Keema Pav: minced chicken served with 2 buns. Very good if you are in the mood for Keema. All food items were delicious. The food can get heavy due to thick gravy sauces. You can easily share dishes but each dish only come with 1 chapati, so recommend to order extra. We will definitely go back here in the future. read more

This is one of those places where you can't go wrong with the menu! We tried different things and they all turned out amazing. Chicken Masala Sandwich was a little too spicy even by Indian standards though. The flavors are very reminiscent of Indian street side food, which is a rare thing to find. Also, the bread is white bread, which is very authentic, but I would've preferred some options. Located on the intersection of Golf and Salem. Great location. I decided to give it a shot since I love anything with eggs in it. Tried their boiled egg bhurji. I ordered it spicy and they did not disappoint. Comes with 4 pieces of bread. It was delicious, looking forward to trying more of their menu items. The service was amazing and staff is very friendly. This is definitely a place for desi food lovers. Although, if you have ate egg o mania in Jersey City, NJ, this place needs to improve their food to be on the same level. For example, I ate the Anda Lahori almost every two weeks in New Jersey. It was a thick gravy that was very creamy with butter and cheese combined. The Anda Lahori I order here is a very thin consistency gravy, no doubt the taste is very good but they need to make some gravies thick and creamier. I have lived in New Jersey & was a fan of Eggmania there. I tried Eggmania in Schaumburg and the food quality & taste is amazing, exactly like the Jersey City branch. We ordered Paneer Lahori, Veg Masala Sandwich & Paneer Volcano Biryani. All 3 items were delicious & freshly cooked. The service is also pretty good considering its a new restaurant. They seriously need to work on preparing carry out order on time. Today I ordered hydrabadi egg rice over the phone at 3:08 Pm and they told me it will take about 30 minutes (which I thought too much time for one item to get ready) . I arrived at the place to pick up the order at 3:50 and order was still not ready and they told me it will take another 5 minutes . I would understand if they are busy and taking extra time. Excellent food! Odd name, because they serve a ton of Indian food, curries, etc, have a full liquor bar. I never went here because I thought they just served breakfast. Great service, staff is very nice and friendly. Make sure you be careful on the spiciness-I ordered it 6/10 and it still made me sweat. If I can give them 20 stars I would! This place is great. This restaurant was recommended to me by my supervisor at work. I had mentioned to him that I don't mind eating Indian food. He said to try the Maniac Curry and the Butter chicken. WAS HE RIGHT!!! Got a great potion of both, I thought I was able to finish my butter chicken but I was wrong. I just wished that they had garlic naan available, but that's ok the chapati good enough. The Maniac Curry had tons of hard cooked egg and the Butter chicken also had a lot of chicken. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the spice level is right on the money. It was recommended to me that buttered toast was also good with the curry. Luckily I ordered Togo and made my own. Over hyped and insanely overpriced restaurant with disappointing portion of food and quality. This was my first time at this restaurant after been going to its competitors.We spent over $100 for 4 people and left with not being satisfied. The overpriced items on their menu does not satisfy the taste, portion and quality. The food was literally swimming in pool of oil and butter with only taste of heavy powdered masala. The overly hyped and priced rajawadi coco was nothing but very small glass of chocolate milk, what a rip-off. I highly recommend getting its competitors rajawadi lassi for better quality and real ingredients. The masala soda was nothing but carbonate water without any flavors. I don't think it's worth the hype and I would recommend going elsewhere for the amount of money you spend you get better quality and bigger portions.
