I ordered a combo plate with general Tao's and sweet and sour pork. It was so terrible, slimey, cold, and flavorless that I wasn't able to eat more than a few bites. Even the egg roll was bland and disgusting. They gave me an extra egg roll and a free fortune cookie but the egg rolls were too gross to eat and even the fortune cookie was so stale that I was. Literally unable to chew it. Fine, restaurants have bad days. Could be a fluke right? I call today to request a refund and the man refused to refund me, yelled at me, questioned whether I have ever had general Tao's chicken before and was generally extremely rude. read more

Still the very best Chinese food we've had. Year after year, still our favourite. All of the dishes we've tried are very tasty. Plus, they're great portion sizes and good ratio of meat to veggies in the mixed dishes. The egg rolls and spring rolls are so delicious. It's the tiniest place, takeout or delivery only. Ordered take out and really enjoyed our dinner. Got the dinner for one, tried the sweet and sour chicken and sweet and sour shrimp with chicken fried rice. Nothing was overly greasy, the shrimp wasn't oily at all. The chicken in the rice you could tell was chunks of chicken breast they had grilled. Everything was excellent! They gave a huge portion of sweet and sour sauce which I was shocked by. Delivery was fast, the delivery person was super nice and the food arrived hot. My boyfriend and I moved recently so we were looking for a new Chinese takeout option. This one popped up on Just Eat so we gave it a go. Usually we order combo plates from any restaurant, so not to overspend, and also because he and I can never agree on what plates to order. The best thing about the Eggroll Factory is that you can choose your own combo plates. I wish the options were extended to the entire menu, but regardless, it is still a great convenience. The food was quite good, and enough for leftovers the next day. Didn't love their namesake eggrolls as much as other places, but overall we were satisfied. Eggroll factory is the best, I've never had egg rolls this good, they are so succulent and moist. The way the young cook reduces and mixes the flavors is breathe taking. The noodles are wet and hydrating, the way they should be. I've been to China, I've been to vietman, I've been all over asia and nothing NOTHING compares to Eggroll factory. What can I say about the Eggroll Factory. Well, if you want a lot of food for not a lot of money, then this place is, I guess, a good choice as you can get a significant amount of food with their combo meals and it is very cheap. However, I did not find anything remarkable about the quality of the food and I found it tastes no better than likely any other Chinese take out place. So, if you are are really hungry and looking for something cheap, then this is a good place. If you are looking for something above average for taste, then I think you need to look elsewhere. read more

They currently offer a deal with 4 receipts from your orders, although this could change. Nice food at an OUTSTANDING price. The $10 meal is a large amount of food for one person. I particularly like the General Tao Chicken, the egg rolls, the fried rice, and other things on the menu. The eggroll were okay... Average size and taste for the price that is a premium. The general tao's chicken was quite good although not very spicy... The prices were expensive for portion size but the delivery was definitely quick ... however, calling from a local area but still on a weekend prime - time delivery time. I've ordered from here several times but tonight I placed a large order including food for a vegetarian. The vegetarian greens was a very dissapointing dish of only cabbage and chicken. (I'd like to see something actually green in there) I called and complained about the chicken but only received an argument. I had to take the dish back myself before receiving a fresh container without the chicken. The compensation was a hasty apology and a half dozen fortune cookies. I got take out today: chicken fried rice, general tao and chicken balls. The chicken balls weren't full of bread and had a good amount of meat. I got so much rice it was enough for 2 people (mmm.. more for tomorrow.) General tao was also flavorful and I gotta say that the eggroll factory is rightfully named. So disappointed. I ordered the tofu and it was not good. It was super spongy and it came with cabbage. Why would I pay 30$ for gross tofu with the cheapest vegetable available. I ordered 2 "create your own meals" on Saturday night and was absolutely disgusted, I would rate it zero if I could. I registered with this site to write this review so that nobody else wastes their money and so that the restaurant will improve the quality of their ingredients and increase their standards. The chicken fried rice had a long, chewy chunk of chicken gristle (yes, cartilage and rubbery tissue- complete with a tough circular piece in the centre holding it all together), the size of the palm of my hand. The rice was very greasy and the liquid from the other side dish had drained into it (or it was from the bottom of the pot) because it was a soggy, greasy mess of inedible overcooked, over-saturated mashed potato looking rice. The vegetarian spring roll that I ordered, was actually a PORK springroll and it very greasy. It was not crispy at all, the ends were so greasy that they became mushy and the PORK and veggies fell through while still in the paper bag. General Tao's Chicken was extremely sweet with no spice at all. The batter on the chicken was mushy and overall it was like eating a mouthful of citrus/sweet mushy batter.
