My review was never about speed/wait times, or anything about product or store. It was ONLY on how insanely long it took SOME of the staff to acknowledge that a customer is in the store. Not because I need special attention, but because as someone in the industry for almost two decades, I was just dumbfounded by the lack of personal care. However, since then, they've all seemed to REALLY up there game. They're especially nice and attentive to me. I can't tell if its because I'm "that guy" who wrote the review... Or because they truly care and have actually focused on improving customer service across the board. Either way, the staff is very friendly, the drinks and food are AMAZING, ambiance is second to none in town, and I would recommend this place and service 11/10 times.

The salad had the bed of chips, about 1 cup of lettuce, a 1/4 cup of barely seasoned taco meat, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and onions. I normally post a picture of the food I order, but I said that I wanted "no onion or tomato, only meat and cheese." Since it was a salad I assumed I wouldn't have to say that I also wanted lettuce, but they didn't put any lettuce on my salad. I got tortilla chips with hamburger meat and cheese. They did give me lettuce after I requested it. I got my description of how the salads normally look because people next to me ordered them. My husband got a cheese burger. He said he thought there was too much bun. I suppose he could have taken 1/2 of it off. I will say that their double cheese burgers were pretty big (about the size of a double 1/4 at McDonald's).
