He told me my eggs "weren't that cold" and that I should have just accepted them the first time. Seriously? That tells you everything you need to know about this location. The cold food is a kitchen problem. The ridiculous wait is a service problem. Serving the same food cold TWICE is a quality control problem. But when the General Manager's response to all of those failures is to argue with the customer and then call him a "bitch," that is a leadership problem. And apparently one that starts at the very top of this restaurant. There are far too many excellent breakfast restaurants in this area to spend your money somewhere that cannot serve a hot breakfast in an hour and then insults you for expecting one.
