Great food! We visited from OK and were very pleased with our breakfast selection. The Eggsquisite skillet was top notch with warm homemade salsa. Kids loved the Minnie Mouse pancakes. Two of us got the Biscuit and gravy omelet and give it two thumbs up. Wait staff and hostess were all helpful and friendly. Got there before 10:00 and only waited about 5 minutes. We've been going here since they opened and have never had a bad meal. The specialty chicken and waffles, gyro and okra, side salads, and the Santa Fe skillet are all "go to" meals. We tried Eggsquisite Cafe for the first time for brunch on Monday July 5th. They were extremely busy, but we only had to wait a couple of minutes before being seated. The business was packed and there was a lot of activity, but our greeter and waitress never seemed too rushed to welcome and serve us. The menu selection is incredible, and even though it was a full house, we didn't have to wait long for our meals. The food was outstanding. The manager on duty came and greeted us, and continued on table after table. The whole experience was terrific! read more

She said that she does not take reservation but would try her best to accommodate us. And she fulfilled her promise beyond our expectations. This is probably one of the best breakfast we've had. We were in Texas to visit some friends and they gave us a list of places where we could find good breakfast. At first, the pictures for Eggsquisite looked like any other big brand eateries and not very appealing but we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made a good choice. All the staff was very nice, attentive and friendly. My boyfriend and I usually order the same everywhere we go (omelette, hash browns, over medium eggs, pancakes and toast). However, this time thanks to our server, we were able to try the BEST hash brown EVER!!!! It included cheese, onions and jalapeños!!! So yummy!!! She took the time to go over different options for our food and we appreciated that. And the orange juice!?!? It's so fresh and delicious. Even the white toasts were so good (wish I knew what brand it is) We were so pleased, we made it our breakfast spot during our stay. This nice lady, probably the owner (she walks around offering coffee) recognized us and thanked us for going back... It's all in the little details! I wish we had a place like that in Virgina. I saw a few posts about Eggsquisite Cafe in a group on Facebook and me and my husband and our 3 year old went for brunch today. Absolutely, hands down, easily the best brunch spot we've been to since living here. The customer service was top notch and the food was so so so so SO good!
