The Highlights: * Breakfast Burgers: I love that they serve these early--they are juicy, flavorful, and a great savory start to the day. * Chicken & Waffles: Always a solid choice; the chicken is perfectly crispy every time. * The Drinks: Their lattes are top-tier, and I really appreciate the complimentary water and tea--it's such a welcoming touch. So good! We arrived early so not much of a wait. I had the shashuka- so good. Nutella crepes, angel wings, very good coffee. When we were leaving there was a long line out the door.

Delicious food and quick service. You order at the front and pay and then they give you a number and you take a seat. I had a DIY omelette and the loaded hashbrowns. Originally the wrong order was delivered to me so I did have to wait until my party finished their meal before my corrected meal arrived. That's the only downside to what happened, but it was most likely a one off situation for them on a busy morning. My omelette was good, but those loaded hashbrowns are my new obsession! I recommend you get that or the fried green tomatoes every time you visit.

Popped into Eggstravaganza Cafe on a Sunday around 11:30 and probably won't be back. The place was packed (which is usually a great sign), but it was so crowded you could hardly move in your chair without bumping into a stranger next to you. The food came out pretty quick but it tasted like it'd been sitting in warmer pans for a bit, the hash browns were definitely dug from the bottom/edges of a pan, they were served with crispy edges and lukewarm. The sausages were also underwhelming. I had a Lavendar latte as well, and while the texture was spot on, the coffee itself was lacking flavor. Unfortunately, this isn't a place that I'd be quick to try again.

You order your food then sit down. They'll bring your food out to you. We got there at the perfect time as the line was longer and longer. By the time we left, there was a line around the building. I loved this for them. There was a lady making sure we all had a table. She seemed to really enjoy her job which made the experience even better. The food came out hot and fresh. They serve complimentary angel wings. Its similar to a croissant or Danish with powdered sugar. I ordered a side of pancakes, fried green tomatoes, and grits. The pancakes were amazing. The tomatoes were seasoned to perfection. The grits were too soupy for my liking and the lemonade was very tart. After adding a few packs of sugar, I was able to drink it. Overall, we had a good experience and everyone left full. I'd definitely try it again.

We stopped in for breakfast and were very pleasantly surprised here. It's small and there was a short wait for a table ( on a Sat. Morning that is to be expected anywhere around here)... the staff was quick, friendly and helpful. I had a skillet and my wife ordered eggs Benedict. Amazing food and friendly staff. We had Egg Benedict with Falafel option. Food came out fresh and was delicious. Hollandaise sauce with chives and potatoes is totally worth it. We also had fresh crepes with nutella and fruit which was also double thumbs up! Check the pictures. It is a family owned restaurant and our overall experience was A+. Good food and ambience. It is a little stressful trying to find seating but quaint and friendly when you sit down. I love the strudel they bring out when your first sit down. Beware of the chocolate chip pancakes! My boyfriend was disappointed because chocolate chips were out on top but not inside . Large menu and coffee choices. We definitely are returners! read more

Everything we've had at this place is so delicious! The savory crepes, the waffles with flambed fruit, the hash brown casserole...they have yet to miss. The flavors are incredible and I'm just sad we recently moved so I can't go as often. The staff are the sweetest as well and the inside could not be decorated cuter. Good coffee, single order of bacon was amazing with just a hint of sweetness and pepper. Tried the Homemade croissants with Bavarian cream- was looking for more of a light flakey crisp to the croissant - which left the cream a little flat. It was ok but I was hoping for something equal to the bacon or coffee which were outstanding! I popped in around 2 pm after the breakfast rush on a hot summer day and the air-conditioner was struggling to keep up. It was 90 out - and combined with the kitchen heat it drove up the temperature in the small restaurant - too hot. Still - I like the feel of the place. Feels authentic with the kitchen close by and friendly staf and will definitely be back. UPDATE: Revisited in March 2019 and the place was hopping. Lots of full plates delivered around me which give me a chance to 'window shop' before placing my order at the front. I had the avocado toast x 3 slices of artisan bread with a generalist spread of Avocado with a hint of jalapeño. Delish. Raised my rating to 4 for the Avocado alone. Great dish. read more

This is a nice addition to an area with limited breakfast options. The staff are fantastic, it's very quaint, large portions and delicious food. It has been our go-to breakfast spot for my husband and myself. I would suggest sharing meals. Also, go early, it's a small place and gets crowded. read more

From the time we placed our order to the time we got food was about an hour if not a little more. I ordered a skillet and the eggs were cold, and the potatoes soggy. Food was very average. The service was great staff was friendly and nice. But if your looking for a knock your socks off brunch this is not it very generic and the place is packed and the time from When you order to receive food is just too long. Would not be my first choice. read more

This place has amazing food and coffee. The only caveat is that the venue is small and can fill up without much space for customers to wait for a table, so it can get a bit tight when it's busy. However I think the food is worth it. Best eggs benedict in town. read more

Staff were pleasant and professional. Cuban coffee was delicious and hit the spot. Gravy biscuit was large and savory (had a unique flavor like maybe made with Turkey stock but not sure-very good flavor though). Pancakes were fluffy. Large portions. Working with various chefs, we always had a dream of our own little place, where we can feature a fare influenced by American and European cooking traditions. We are a family owned and operated restaurant serving the finest locally sourced ingredients when possible, daily prepared from scratch recipes, with innovative combinations and menu choices that let our guests experience something different. But, every latte they made tasted pretty standard. Even when they made anything different, it's pretty mild. My old coworker told me to never try their cake donuts, only their yeast donuts. Apparently, this place is known for making cake donuts as well. So, when looking at both cases of donuts, the one to your right is the cake donuts and to your left is the yeast. I had a sweet tooth one day, during my shift, and on my break, decided to walk over and buy one twisted donut. $6... and that was before tax. I'm from San Diego, where everything is expensive but not ONCE had I ever paid $6 for a single donut. Just like the lattes, there was nothing extraordinary about this donut. You could have gotten the same donut from 7-Eleven. I once saw the pastry chef, out by the register. He never smiled at anyone. In fact, even when I pulled out my phone to take a photo of him, he looked away without smiling. There is usually the same woman who tends to me. Blue eyes with her hair in a top bun and wears bright pink sneakers. Probably one of the only kind people that seem to work here. The other girl that usually tends the register, black hair with dark brown eyes, not as friendly. There aren't a lot of places to hang out in Nolensville and this seems to be a place where people go to study or get together with friends. They have a drive thru, and their customers DO NOT KNOW how to drive, so be weary. Housewives with big SUV's, staring at their phones without a care in the world. Don't worry. I got some Pros: -There is plenty of parking. -They have WiFi. -They keep their establishment very clean.

The whipped feta dip, with the hot honey you'll never miss. Best part about this place is they have bottles of Amstel Light, and can make an awesome old fashioned! Took my 75 year old dad here, first restaurant in a while that carried Amstel. It made his night, I'll forever bring him back whenever he is in town so he can have his beer! Please do not change a thing! This place is spectacular. I just hope I'm always able to find a table. I would sit at the bar and be there more if the bar was just a bit bigger!

I'd definitely return to try more items, and to get more of that delicious Nashville hot chicken and candied yams. The brunch menu also looks inviting, so I'd love to try that too.

Inside, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a sizeable crowd greets you before you even find your seat. Each breakfast starts with a complimentary Angel Wings, delicate fried dough dusted with powdered sugar. They snap apart with the gentlest pull, each crisp bite melting sweetly on the tongue, especially divine when dipped into a warm cup of coffee. One of my companions ordered the Our Way Cuban sandwich, an unexpectedly complex treat layered with sliced ham and pork belly, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, bread and butter pickles, and a homemade sweet mustard sauce, all pressed together in a ciabatta bun. The ham and pork belly, glazed in that sweet-heat sauce, created a rich and satisfying bite, equal parts smoky, tangy, and tender. The omelet, stuffed with bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and cheese, was nothing short of perfection. Fluffy yet hearty, each forkful carried a savory balance without tipping into grease.
