The decor was lovely, my food was flavorful and prepaired to my liking. Fresh juice was on point. The servers were friendly.

We had the fried pickles which are amazing! They do spears instead of chips which is different and good. Got the chicken finger platter for lunch. These things are gigantic! They give you 3 and that's probably too much lol. Very good experience. Will definitely come back when In the area.

We originally were sat at a smaller four-person table right by the roll up windows towards the front of the restaurant, and the draft was so intense, we were freezing even with jackets on. We asked to be seated somewhere else, which they did (although that spot wasn't much better), and placed another couple at the original table. Within minutes they had the same issue... bundling up, switching seats around, etc. our waitress seemed on the younger side, and maybe even new. But she appeared visibly confused with just about every request we had. Her response was usually "uhhhh..... okay" followed by us getting wrong drinks/food. The food overall was decent. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy and the ranch was great. Their fries were delicious. It likely wouldn't be my first choice in picking a place to eat, but I do believe it deserves a second chance. I'll be going back when it's warmer to hopefully have a different experience.

I wasn't sure if this was a dumb or smart decision, but the online wait said it was only 10-15 minutes. I wasn't sure if I believed it, but we gave it a go anyway. And what do you know - it was right. Parking was a nightmare though. Wow. We ended up parking in a muddy lot next to it. (That was after we finally found it because it's so new the GPS didn't take us to it. Never fear, they have solid signage up now). Also, it was muddy because it rained. Not their fault at all. There's a lot of construction in the area because it's so new. It'll be tip-top shape soon enough. Okay back to the restaurant. Hmm. Well, prepare to be greeted. A lot. It's not overkill, just very, very friendly. And you'll be hit with the scent of those rolls. Dear god, those rolls. It's like they want you to start salivating the moment you walk in, and you absolutely will. And then you'll see those slabs of meat when you get in. Not good if you're vegetarian but great if you love a good steak. They really have their waiting down pat. They tell you where to stand and you just stand there like cattle in a chute waiting for your turn to go eat those rolls you're dreaming about. Never fear, the wait time you were quoted (or at least on opening night) is accurate. They didn't have their liquor license just yet which was fine for me because I don't drink. My partner ordered a beer. I ordered some sort of flavored coke that was delicious. Food? Gotta go with the steak. Don't forget the cactus blossom! Move over bloomin' onion. You're so last year. Everything was perfect. Can't believe I got me a steak and two sides for $23.99. Won't be 15-20 years before my next visit, but miss me with the saddle on my birthday. That is not my vibe. Service was very attentive. Maybe a tad bit too attentive. I think they were making sure their servers were trained well, but whoo, let some people eat!

I've been to…read moreall of the Edley's locations around Nashville, but this one is by far the best for families, mostly because of the outdoor play area. Parking was super easy, and the woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean, and the restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of tables and room to spread out, which is always appreciated when dining with little kids. My kids played outside while we waited for our food, but the food came out quickly. The kids' meals are some of the best values in town. One tip: the bun on the kids' cheeseburger is huge compared to the patty. I asked if they could add an extra patty, and they did for just $1. After removing some of the bun, it made for a much better burger and still kept the meal incredibly affordable. The spicy chicken tacos are also some of the best tacos in town. Our family of five ate for about $50. We usually buy Edley's gift cards at Costco, so our actual cost was closer to $40. It's refreshing to have a restaurant in Nashville that truly welcomes families while still serving great food. Highly recommend for anyone dining with kids.

The orders were mismatched so we had to hand bags, fries, onion rings, and condiments around. McDonalds and Five Guys can get it right, so I suspect it has something to do with Whataburger's order management software. If they are cooking the food fresh, the 10-12 minute wait was certainly worth it. The patty melt and onion rings were really good. The kids enjoyed their food as well. The soda fountain mix tasted a little off compared to other big box burger joints. It may have just been this location. Additionally, they didn't mark the diet drink so we had to have one of the kids check and then swap drinks around.

The food was not terrific. First of all if you're going to serve a hamburger without cheese, make it obvious that it doesn't have cheese on the app. That burger could really have used cheese because it had no seasoning at all. Even the mustard wasn't real strong so all you tasted was pickles and you were glad to get some flavor. The fries are limp versions of McDonald's fries, which is not a compliment. Also tried their chicken strip buffalo ranch sandwich and those are pretty awful chicken strips. Tasted like the oil was probably pretty old. When In-N-Out Burger opens next-door, this restaurant is really in trouble.
