Was referred to this office by my orthopedist , after calling several times to make an appointment, I was told by Tiffany to make my appointment online , she said she is all by herself and very busy , so , I did and then tried to call the office couple of days later to get the forms email to me so I can fill them and have them ready , I called 7 times in 2 days and every time I was put on hold and no one came back , when I finally got through after a few days later , I was told by Evelyn that they had to cancel my appointment because doctor Ali was out of town. I gave up , this is the worst experience I had trying to just make an appointment, I am glad i chose another physician, took me 3 minutes on the phone to make my appointment. Dr Ali has provided me the best medical care I can remember! His office is so beautiful and I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. He always gets me in when I need to be seen. Its so conveniant that he has a lab in the office, and I dont have to drive across town to get blood work. Valet parking, up to his office, in and out with my meds called into my pharmacy. And a quick stop at one of the very top notch restaurants on Canon Drive, and perhaps some shopping as well on Beverly or Rodeo (If I'm in the spending mood). Overall excellent service each time I go into see Dr. Ali. When I moved out here it was so hard to find a good primary care physician. I was visiting Los Angeles for a vacation and I ended up getting sick. Of course I always end up getting really sick in the worse times. I needed to see a doctor but didn't know who to see. I didn't want to go to an emergency room, nor did I want to sit in an urgent care all day during my vacation. I found Dr. Ali online, was able to get an appointment the same day, and was seen literally in ten minutes of arriving. He arranged for the pharmacy to deliver my medicine to my hotel later that day. Dr. Ali took such good care of me today. I'm always traveling and wouldn't be able to feel so great if I didn't stop in to see him in between trips. Today I came in for a vitamin drip and it gave me the energy and color I need to get through my week. There are many places in LA you can get an iv, but I chose to come to Dr. Ali for many reasons. He's super funny and easygoing and has a lot of other services too. They do everything here.. I def want to come back and get Juvéderm! Dr Ali was assigned to me when I was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai medical center. He was always very thorough and very polite and spent alot of time with me and would keep me abreast of what was going on and what all the specialists were doing. I nevwfelt left in the dark. I was so happy to have met him I now have him as new new primary care doctor. I switched from my former general practice doctor, who was just ok. I was at the Cedars urgent care recently. That's where I met Dr. Ali. He was so polite and friendly. I was really surprised and initially didn't believe him when he said he was the doctor. I dont think I've ever been for a doctors visit where the doctor makes eye contact, introduces himself, smiles, and shakes my hand. Immediately I felt so much more comfortable. Long story short, he says his practice/office is in the same building as the urgent care, and he is a primary care doctor, but he also helps out at the urgent care.
