Clothes were true to size (ladies powder puff t-shirt runs a little small), pictures were helpful, easy to maneuver through the website, and I received my clothes without issue on time. Customer service was pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered my son's practice uniform for soccer over 2 weeks ago. Every time I call they tell me something completely different. Last time they were waiting for the clothes to come in and it would be ready this week. This time they tell me they sent an order out for personalization which is bizarre because I thought that THEY do personalization, not outsource it. So they placed my order 10 days after I placed my order. Such baloney and I will not shop here if given a choice. read more

I made an order with them and they took longer than they said it would take and I told them I might need a refund but I will call and let them know for sure, they canceled my order anyway. How rude. Worst customer service ever! I possibly consider using this place more if it hadn't been a huge hassle for me to get them to correct an error they made. I had never heard about them before. My daughter's cheer team used them to embroider their cheer warm ups. I drove out there to get her fitted and that was fine. Her warm ups were handed out at practice and when my daughter brought them home, I realized that her last name was spelled wrong. I got in contact with the store and they said it was no problem for me to bring them back in to fix them. I drove back out there and dropped them off. They called me to let me know the pants are ready for pick up. I drove out there to pick them up only to see that they removed the embroidery, corrected the spelling, and embroidered right over it. There are tons of small holes, but nonetheless, holes around the last name. The employee took a picture in the store and told me a manger would call me back Monday since it was Saturday. Monday came and went, and nothing. Tuesday around 12pm I called the store and the store manger had no idea what I was talking about, so I told her what happened she said she would look at the picture and call me back. When she called back she tried to tell me that that's what happens when you take the stitching out and re-stitch the item.  They placed a strip over the back of it which will prevent it from any damages when washing it. I then told her that the item is already damaged. She placed me on hold She then came back and told me that they can give me $7 back for my embroidery charges. I told her that I wanted new pants and she stated she needed to talk to the store owner. She placed me on another hold, came back and said that they could split the cost of the pants with me that would be $14 a piece. I then told her I was not paying for their mistake that and they needed to order me new pair of pants and re-embroider. She then placed me on another hold and finally came back and said that they would order a new pair pants but I would need to bring in the old ones so they could see the damages in person. I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes then coming back and fourth about that's how it works and whatever nonsense they were saying not a simple we are sorry. When I finally go to pick up the pants it will be my 4th drive out there! Any good embroidery company would know you can't re-stitch something without ruining it! The fact they let the product leave the store like that shows you what the owner is like! read more

I recently had a velour jacket embroidered for Christmas, on a short notice. Eich's staff was SO great about it, and really busted their butts to get it to me on time. A different local personalizing shop told me that they could not do the embroidery because the quality of the image I had requested was "too poor" - Eich's said there would be no such issue & everything looked PERFECT. I am incredibly happy that I went to them. I can't say enough how great the staff was & how willing they were to help. They even called me after hours to update me on my purchase and the status of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I ordered a t-shirt for a event and received it after the event it was over. I was charged $12 for delivery plus tax, so the t-shirt I could have just order from the event that was $10, I was charged $23.76. That extra money I could have just given to the family, instead of this company, very POOR customer service. Very sad that this happened. read more

I utilized the one review that posted early this year, deciding to go into Eich's to purchase my son a letterman's jacket for his high school sports achievements. How excited my husband and I were to purchase it for Christmas. We walked into the store, the only customers, and NO ONE greeted us. One young lady was putting up something on the wall, finally noticed us and asked, trying very hard to be friendly,but she seemed forced. What appeared to be the store manager, finally spoke up asking what is it that we needed!!!! When I expressed the interest of the jacket, she didn't ask what size, color, school, etc. Just stated that it's a special order that needed ALL money down immediately! Rude, never gave us a chance to say that we wanted to place the order, she just got back on her phone call and disregarded us!! We were very offended and stated that it seems as if they don't want our business, and we left. Feeling the disappointment of not being able to get my son the jacket for Christmas, but I refuse to spend over $200 at an establishment that is completely unethical!! read more
