We discussed different shirt options and different printing options based on what we were trying to do with the shirts. I was able to place my order online and they got back to me with an estimate and a proof to approve the work order. They were able to get it done by my requested due date however, with the extreme weather, the store ended up closing so I thought I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I figured I could just delay and pick it up Monday when they reopened but I received a phone call on Friday to let me know that someone will be at the store for an hour to facilitate pickups since the item was due for pickup that day. I told them that I wouldn't be able to get out there in the next hour but they went above and beyond and offered to drop it off. I had no plans on leaving the house in subzero weather so I was extremely grateful that someone was able to drop off our order at home. Talk about service! I am so impressed and so glad that I ended up choosing to work with them. I am so happy with how the shirts turned out and the ability to deliver far exceeded my expectations!

And the turn around time was about two weeks, including the Thanksgiving holiday. My only wish is that they were open on Saturdays. The 14 shirts were so badly mauled by their embroidery machine that it made the logo nearly unrecognizable and even left holes in the shirts. After ruining one shirt, I would think a quality company would call you up and explain that the embroidery machine does not work with the shirt material and apologize. Nothing like that happened here. Also, there was no offer to pay us back for the ruined shirts. We ended up having to pay another company to fix the shirts that were ruined by T-Shirts plus and were unable to salvage a few of the shirts with large holes in them. Stay away!

The morning I was leaving for a bachelorette party I found out the person I originally hired to make shirts for this special weekend fell through and didn't do anything. I was scrambling to find someone last minute because I had 17 plain t-shirts that needed something on it. I did a search on google and came across Fresh Concepts Enterprises. I called told them what happened and the predicament I was in. They said they would call me back after they check if they could have them done that day. I received a call back that overjoyed me! They said they would do them because this is a special weekend for the bride. So amazing!! I was leaving that morning for Lake Geneva and was trying to find someone to pick up the shirts. The receptionist mentioned one of the ladies lived in Williams Bay. I cannot tell you how kind and helpful everyone was when I arrived. I was introduced to Deb when I got there she was a sweetie. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on the shirt, and she already had it because she did that print recently. What took my breath away was Deb offered to bring the shirts with her that night since she was already going to be in Lake Geneva. WOW!! It was a coincidence that everything was falling in place like it was meant to be. I called Deb later that night when we were on our way to dinner, and she came to the restaurant five minutes later to drop off the shirts. We were all blown away by Fresh Concepts Enterprises and Debs exceptional customer service. The shirts were amazing and the brides was spectacular (Loved the Lime Green Glitter vinyl). The owner does a great job making sure the measurements are accurate and it takes maybe 20-30 minutes to get measured and choose an option. They have so so so many options available to choose from and any color you need. I was given the option to pay upfront or upon pick up which I appreciated. They make sure everything fits properly when you pick up and it took maybe 15 minutes to try everything on & get it adjusted just right. Drop off takes less than 2 minutes to verify all items are accounted for.
