The morning I was leaving for a bachelorette party I found out the person I originally hired to make shirts for this special weekend fell through and didn't do anything. I was scrambling to find someone last minute because I had 17 plain t-shirts that needed something on it. I did a search on google and came across Fresh Concepts Enterprises. I called told them what happened and the predicament I was in. They said they would call me back after they check if they could have them done that day. I received a call back that overjoyed me! They said they would do them because this is a special weekend for the bride. So amazing!! I was leaving that morning for Lake Geneva and was trying to find someone to pick up the shirts. The receptionist mentioned one of the ladies lived in Williams Bay. I cannot tell you how kind and helpful everyone was when I arrived. I was introduced to Deb when I got there she was a sweetie. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on the shirt, and she already had it because she did that print recently. What took my breath away was Deb offered to bring the shirts with her that night since she was already going to be in Lake Geneva. WOW!! It was a coincidence that everything was falling in place like it was meant to be. I called Deb later that night when we were on our way to dinner, and she came to the restaurant five minutes later to drop off the shirts. We were all blown away by Fresh Concepts Enterprises and Debs exceptional customer service. The shirts were amazing and the brides was spectacular (Loved the Lime Green Glitter vinyl). Hank also generally seems to be a pleasant person. When there was a mistake in the number of items in my order, Hank offered me a refund on the missing items. He also removed a mistaken charge on my order when I brought it to his attention. If you are a church/school, he will also give you a slight discount. However, I personally will not be using this company again because of the level of frustration I experienced due to the lack of communication that made me unsure up until the last minute if my order would be completed on time. I did not get a quote on pricing and confirmation on my order until the morning of my event despite attempting to finalize it about a week before. Because of everything being so last minute, I missed the fact that the wrong logo had been printed for half of my order (something that is partially my fault because I did confirm the final proof but was focused on a different mistake being fixed, and I thought I had listed the name of the correct logo file on at least three previous emails). The order was completed despite the rush, but left me in a frazzled state in the days leading up to the order. To me, the frustration and anxiety was not worth it.

So good, in fact, that I came back from Ohio to get my bridesmaid dress altered. The bridesmaid dress just needed to be taken in. I got it hemmed for cheap back in Ohio, so I just needed it taken in. Like I said, the hem was for cheap, so they didn't do a good job. That's why I went to Jodee's - I knew they would do an excellent job taking the dress in. To be clear, I did NOT ask for the dress to be hemmed, just taken in so it fit better on the sides. Well, she saw how bad the hem-job was and redid for me, without charge. The prices are fair, the ladies who run the business are delightful, and the quality is amazing...I would happily drive the 5 hours home just to get another dress done. Thank you!
