I walked around looking at different items then I tried on boots in front of two employees who didn't look at me once, greet me, ask if I was finding everything ok, or ask if I needed assistance. I ended up leaving with nothing as the size I needed wasn't in store. The store was in great shape so I gave it two stars but there was no customer service at all. I would have ordered the correct size boot had I been spoken to but I will go back to the other DSW store with the engaging employees so they can get credit towards their individual goals.
