Their meat made for the BEST filet Mignon shish kebabs I have EVER eaten. They also make artisanal charcuterie from what I could see, and had some super special thick cut bacon that a previous customer was raving about, who was also picking up a special ground meat order he requested to be made with specific cuts of meat.
