The old lady owner of this inn is a fraud. I booked a room from USA but once I got there, which is located up the mountain where no cars can access, she tells me that she overbooked it. How can you overbook if you didn't sell the room at a higher price to someone else? This may have happened because I was expected to pay at the hotel and perhaps she felt that I might not arrive, so just gave the room away. She transferred me to another place from which she may get a referral fee for it because the other place didn't participate with Expedia. Wondering if she overbooks intentionally to shift business to other hotels for a referral fee. Not sure but in all my life, overbooking has never occurred to me. But this owner told me that it's no big deal as if she does this often and just wanted our family to go to another place. I was a little upset but having a little kid with me, I just wanted to get a place to rest so had no choice but to oblige to her master plan.
When I returned home to USA, I called Expedia to complain about this hotel's over booking incident. Expedia was surprised that happened since this hotel had an agreement with them etc.
Few days later, I was told by Expedia that this old fraudulent owner named Ema, told them that she didn't overbook at all and that it was me who didn't want to stay there. Imagine that. A complete lie. Had she told the truth about overbooking , surely Expedia will not work with them. But because this old fraudulent lady named ema wants to keep attracting unsuspecting guests from Expedia for her to financial by conducting shady practices, she decided to tell a complete lie. This lady is a disgusting person and wonder if she will be happy with the way she lived her life and the person she was on her deathbed. I just can't get over the way she lied. She's really a devil in disguise. Any person with some morals or conscience would not have resorted to the lie she told Expedia, unless they are consumed and obsessed with making money at all costs. Live your life right lady! Are you proud of the way you make money? Are you proud of yourself when facing your kids or grandkids of who you are as a person? You are not going to live forever. Live your life with some morals. You can't take the money with you.
I feel sorry for you that need to resort to those shady tactics and lie to make a few bucks. Your behavior is really reprehensible and you as a person is ugly inside and out. I really hope you respond to this because I curious what other lie you'll come up with to defend yourself. read more
