Booked with Bryan for a simple trim, specifically about 1 inch, and brought a clear reference photo showing the length I wanted to keep. I also explained I wanted it kept shorter and lighter through the top and fringe specifically because I sweat a lot during workouts and longer hair clumps up when wet, so that was part of why the length mattered to me. The appointment took about an hour, but he cut way more than the inch we agreed on, not even close. When I asked why my bangs ended up shorter than what I wanted, he told me they were already short going in, which was not true, they had plenty of length before the cut. Communication during the appointment felt off too, with long pauses before he'd respond or sometimes not responding at all. He took before and after pictures during the appointment, and it seemed like his focus was more on getting a good styling shot for social media than on actually fixing the length issue once I saw the result. A chunk of the time went into product and styling instead of addressing the cut itself. If you have a specific length you need maintained, I'd be very clear beforehand and keep checking in throughout, because what was discussed did not match what was delivered. read more

He was incredibly patient and gentle with my son, taking his time and making sure he felt comfortable the whole time. Was impressed they have a website and you can schedule and appointment. I took my son, without an appointment and was able to get his haircut. Was greeted and helped by Bruno. Bruno did and amazing job on my son and was really impressed with the lines on my son hair. The fact the my son came out and said "Mom I feel Good!", made me happy. Bruno was friendly and informed me how the site works and his days, Monday-Wednesday. Definitely recommend it. It's cleaned and well maintained. I now will be switching to them. Thank you Bruno. I called before showing up and asked about their hours. She said they were already closed but I requested an "after hours" beard clean up which I thought would be very expensive. Shockingly it was only $12. I was expecting well over $50-from past experience. The work was excellent. I got compliments on it at work and the gym the following day. Very friendly staff who took me in for a "quick" beard cleanup. Cassandra still took her time. I appreciated that I wasn't rushed and that quality wasn't sacrificed. She even heard me out about my sensitive skin and worked around it. As if all this weren't enough, Cassandra took time to blend in the sides and taper it in with the hair on the sides. I've had instances in the past where barbers refused to do that because it is then considered a "haircut" as opposed to the service I requested-- "a beard trim". This was not the case at this barbershop with Cassandra. I felt like a celebrity and walked out feeling like a million bucks--despite only getting a beard trim and cleanup. She didn't rush nor did I feel like an inconvenience thanks to the amazing hospitality. After I was done, I asked about their regular prices and they are VERY reasonable. Usually I'm okay with spending a large amount of money if it means a very high quality cut. But, hearing the price and comparing it to the superlative quality of her work on my beard, I was shocked. I was not expecting the sheer quality that I received. I've paid well over $300 for this kind of work. To get the same unbeatable quality cut, wonderful customer service and outstanding ambiance is a win-win...and another 3rd win.
