They also have toys for the kids to play with while they wait and two TVs, which really helps keep little ones entertained and in their seats during the haircut. I definitely recommend booking an appointment, especially on the weekends. We've noticed it can get pretty busy with walk-ins, so having an appointment makes things much easier. Every haircut has involved crying, tantrums, and us having to hold her down, and we've never actually been able to finish a proper haircut. Miss Nuria was so patient and understanding. She noticed my daughter wasn't comfortable sitting in the salon chair, so instead of trying to make her stay there, she let us do the haircut where my daughter felt comfortable--in the waiting area near the front entrance. She never rushed us and worked so calmly with her. For the first time ever, my daughter got through an entire haircut without crying, and we were actually able to finish it. She left with an adorable bob and bangs. That may not sound like a big deal to everyone, but for our family, it was a huge milestone. He asks plenty of questions to make sure you get your cut done the way you'd like, and makes suggestions as well. Friendly and easy to talk to, he makes the time fly as you sit in the chair. After my first time here I got plenty of compliments on my haircut at work and in general, and I've been coming back ever since! And every time I leave, it's with the same cut as before -- he's consistent! There's plenty of parking in the plaza, I've never found it an issue no matter what time I go.
