All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. I was given free shuttle service both ways and the repair took one extra day. The price was actually $15 less than the original estimate.
