Pictures and decorations are modern, interesting and creative. There is a patio in the center of the complex to allow residents to get some sunlight without being near traffic. The carpeting is clean and rugs are safe for residents and guests. I dislike walking into a facility and see rugs with the ends curled ready to have elderly trip and fall. There is a library room, game room, sitting and dining rooms. Very nice layout for residents.

From the beginning we were very disappointed with the way the place was run. Our parent was bullied by another resident, and the management did not inform us and would not have, luckily we were told by other residents. The management dragged their feet and did very little to remedy the situation. Of course they did not want to ask the bullier to leave and lose that income. Very little attention paid to residents, very little response to family inquiries/complaints. The residence is badly in need of an overhaul. I hate to think what would happen in case of a fire or other emergency in case of evacuation. The so-called "afternoon tea" is leftover cake from the night before. In all the time my parent was there I met and talked to many residents and their families and no one said anything complimentary which makes me think the good reviews posted here are not genuine.

From the moment we met Dawna B., we knew we were in good hands - she was compassionate, professional, and walked us through every step with clarity and empathy. The entire team is attentive, warm, and truly cares about every resident's dignity and well-being. The staff consistently go above and beyond - they get to know each person individually, are responsive to needs and preferences, and always greet family and residents with a smile. My father's routine, grooming, meals, and engagement in activities have all been handled with genuine care. I'm so grateful to have found a community where my dad is happy, safe, and thriving. Thank you, CityView, for the exceptional care you provide!

If she were the administrator I would stay here forever. she has been my beacon of hope in the midst of this craziness and delusion. She has always had time to listen to my concerns, even my concerns about the facility, and those have have plentiful. She always seems to have the answers to the questions I have. If I have conflicts with the other residents, I always go to her for her wisdom and counsel. She keeps me informed about things I need to know about the facility and residents. She is by far the best resource this facility has, I hope she stays here forever

My friend was rolled out of his bed and hit the floor when they were changing his sheets. All they had was a tiny tiny twin. He is 6'4" and was over 400 pounds. When he was discharged from USC he was supposed to receive insulin every evening. There isn't a certified nurse to do that. So he didn't receive the shots. When I asked for the records regarding his glucose levels they could never produce them. The owner P did try very hard to help me navigate the Medi-cal system. I do appreciate and respect her for that. He had over $1000 worth of clothing, socks, briefs, sweats, t-shirts, several pairs of new shoes, etc. All were gifts from either myself or a DTLA Facebook group. We have no idea where the items are. I'm still waiting to hear back from P. As bad as I thought this place was Miracle Mile is a death sentence he's now back in the Cedars and 120 pounds lighter. He has black completely dead tissue (necrosis) on the bottom of his foot. Miracle Mile did not feed him enough he lost 120 pounds and has stage four bedsores. Who knew HELL was around the block stay away from that place for sure. This place is OK if your person is somewhat independent and can speak up for themselves. The more reviews I read, the more I realize you've got to do your research it's a matter of life and death.

I don't know who gave Complete COC its name, but it must stand for "Complete Chaos Or Confusion"…read morebecause that's exactly what we experienced. We put my dad here thinking it would be a calm, supportive environment. What we got instead was a revolving door of confused staff, cold mashed potatoes, and vibes that can only be described as "hospital waiting room in 2007." Let's start with the care -- or, more accurately, the Olympic-level avoidance of care. One time my dad pressed the call button and no one came for 45 minutes. I timed it. He could've watched an entire Dateline episode in that time. The food? I don't mean to be dramatic, but I saw something on his plate that might've been a meatloaf... or a sponge. Either way, it bounced. Every time I brought up an issue, I was met with the same smile-and-nod energy you get when you ask a teenager if they cleaned their room. I'm sorry, but this is not a group project -- it's elder care. We've since moved my dad to a different facility where people actually know his name and don't treat every request like it's a surprise math test. He's doing great now, and I no longer have to spiral into a silent rage after every visit. To summarize: if you love your family and enjoy being slightly sane, skip Complete COC. Unless of course you enjoy cold soup, unanswered call buttons, and being gaslit by a front desk named Sharon. (Bless her heart.)

I told them I would update the review with the new information. Numerous phone calls and faxes but still they had employees calling me about using the medicine ($8,000 a shot) acting like they had no idea I was angry and upset. I put up my negative one star review on Yelp. An employee called me acting dumb, asking me about using my $8,000 a shot medicine - I said point blank "You need to read YELP. I put up a really bad review about your company." Within a few weeks of me telling them that, they put through an adjustment with my insurance company and paid the insurance company back the money they got for the unused medicine. Complete Infusion care sent me a copy of the check they mailed to my insurance company. And basically they fixed things from their end. I never used the medicine, never got the shots, I don't know where it is. Now all I know is that Complete Infusion Care sent the insurance company back the money they owed them for the unused medicine, and they corrected my account to show I don't owe them thousands of dollars for medicine I never used. I sincerely hope that I never have to deal with this company again. What a stressful situation they caused for me.
