I was looking for one bag in particular. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. But the sales lady was very sweet and showed me some similar bags since she was familiar with the bag I was seeking. I saw it recently in jacksonville at the Michael Kors store and also at Dillard's. I did like the other bags, but I had my heart set on this one particular bag (I ended up finding it at Macy's and purchased it there). Since I was in the store, I decided to browse around. I was there for about 15-20 minutes and during that time, three other sales ladies came up to me, introduced themselves with a smile, and offered assistance. Honestly, I was floored by how kind and down-to-earth all the sales associates were in this store. I've shopped a good bit in Mall at Millenia and it's pretty common to come across snobby sales associates in these high-end stores. This was a very refreshing change! They had some very good sales going on. They even had some bags marked down as much as 50%! There was one that was $399 marked down to $199 and it really caught my eye. I was quite tempted to purchase it, but I knew I had my heart set on the other bag I came in seeking. In hindsight, I wish now I would have picked up the bag on sale for $199 because it was a Fourth of July special only. The bag I wanted and purchased at Macy's wasn't on sale and I could have picked it up anytime. Oh well. I guess it wasn't meant to be. When I'm in O-Town and find myself in Mall at Millenia, this will be a store I visit every time.

I was greeted by Kayla who was very nice but you could tell that she was very new. She wasn't pushy at all, told me about their sales and then continued to help some friends that had come in. I ended up asking Sara (come to find out later, she's the store manage) about a shirt in a different size and then she pointed me in a new direction when my size wasn't available. Loved her suggestion but after trying it on, it wasn't for me. Then she switched it up again and that's when i tried on a bunch of stuff that honestly, i would have never grabbed. I loved almost everything. I left with a bag full of stuff, a special order and a great price! I feel like I even left with a new friend! She was so incredibly friendly but still professional, she made me feel comfortable and took very good care of me. Ryan showed me the jeans that were on sale and Eva went out of her way to pick out a couple shirts she thought I might like based on what I had grabbed before going into the fitting room. I left with 4 gorgeous and unique looking shirts that I'm very happy with. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it is very expensive, at least for me. As for the people commenting about the sales associates being pushy....that is their job. Retail workers often have daily sales goals to meet and are told to actively engage with customers and SELL SELL SELL additional products. I have worked retail before and I know what happens when you "don't make your numbers" for the day. It isn't that hard to say "no thank you" a few times while you shop. Just some food for thought

I made a visit this past Wednesday for a product exchange of a dress that I had on hold. Though both of the ladies saw me and looked at me neither spoke. This visit was very much a 360 degree difference from the warm welcoming that I received from the location in the Mall at Millenia. This was my very first time visiting this location and I probably won't be back because I expect better treatment in luxury shopping settings. I had them holding a tank dress for me in my preferred size and they were kind enough to hold it for 2 days because the first day I was unable to make it due to inclement weather, so appreciated that. It wasn't until I stood in line that someone spoke to me mind you I browsed the clearance section for quite a few minutes even stood next to lady who was once vacuuming and still nothing however she was the same person who completed my exchange and they were not busy at all.
