Bad experience. Actually the worst I had. Stopped by this morning for some bagels, they didn't have enough of the ones I normally get then I had to changed for a different one, waited for 10 minutes they called to say that I had to reselect again because the ones I was told were gone.ok no biggie. I said , let's just cancel my order, then Manager Amanda came to the front desk for my refund, I asked, why nobody is making any more since you are out, she answered I am literally just baking more now, I said but am here now and not going to wait for them. (I was already waiting for 10 minutes) she proceeded with my credit, no apology for the inconvenience or nothing. Just place your card in and was trying to hand me my receipt, I said don't need it and walked away, then she said, I NEED YOU TO SIGN THIS RECEIPT. So I snatch it from here hand and she said. You don't need to snatch it from me, I said , you don't need to talk to me like that, I am not your employee. All this in front of all the clients. Amanda walked in around 9:20 this morning, I am not sure if this is the level of customer service she is used to give but is wrong, or if she was in a bad mood because of working on Sunday, all I needed to hear was. Sorry for the inconvenience, let's do your refund and could you please sign here.. I will not go back to this location because of this. I WILL GO TO PANERA FROM NOW ON. I was excited to get some bagels from the new location. I ordered 6 everything bagels. It was disappointing to see some flat looking bagels. I have never seen bagels from Einstein look like these. Maybe it's some kind of money saving cutback. We ate them and they were okay but I won't be back. I'll just buy a bag of pita chips. read more

I've tried this place three t try times and it has been a disappointment each time. I am giving one star for the bagels because they have been a good quality. The honey almond shmear is really good also. Another star is given to the service because they staff has always been courteous. The place seems clean enough so I didn't see any red flags. My low rating comes from the following; although the staff was friendly, twice my order was wrong and today, after sitting in the drive through line waiting, I get to the counter and told that the bagel suggested was also out. Mind you, this bagel was suggested because the bagel I originally wanted was also out of stock. So, although nice people seem to work there, I won't be returning because something is broken at this location and I don't have the patience to figure out what. read more

The drive through line and online orders like Doordash and UberEats definitely took priority over customers that ordered in the store. Took over 20 minutes, didn't toast my bagel, forgot my chips, gave me a regular cold brew when I asked for the shake.

I sat in drive through for 38 minutes, only to find out they were out of bagels. horrible.

I paid for the baker's dozen, but I only got 11 bagels instead of 13. I explained the problem to the manager, she did not offer to remedy the problem. I had to pull out the bagels out of the box in front of her, one by one, to convince her. She said "we just opened this store" I asked her for a refund, she said "I can't resale those bagels" I contacted corporate. Three days later, I am still waiting for a response. Stopped in here for breakfast for the family, and was excited because we used to love Einsteins, but they closed the locations near us. Well, things have changed. Service was just okay, drive thru time was acceptable, but the bagels were all small, flat and stale. And they're not cheap. So overall really not a great experience. This location is newer, just a few weeks old at the time of this review. I was excited because it is so close to my neighborhood. I have been three times - two on Saturdays when it is very busy and one midweek visit with no crowds. The location is on the smaller side, and is decorated nicely. It would be a nice place to sit and eat any day other than the weekend when it's too packed to enjoy. Being that the location is new and the employees are likely on the more inexperienced side, they do not handle crowds well. I have been waiting to leave a review because I figured that things would improve with time as the newness wears off, but it seems to be getting worse. My third visit revealed the source of my frustrations with this Einstein's location. The drive thru gets priority, their orders are prepared and delivered "quickly", followed by those that order inside. The part that has been annoying for me at this location is that I am a mobile orderer, and the mobile orders at this location are treated horribly with the lowest priority... you are going to wait, and wait and wait. I waited for 30 minutes for my mobile order (this isn't an exaggeration, placed at 10:50, received at 11:23), and that was only completed because I stood at the counter and begged them to complete it. My coffee sat on the counter with the sticker/receipt to put on my order for that entire time so it was lukewarm when I received it and there wasn't anywhere to dump it out to get fresh coffee. I plan to drive to the Frisco location on Preston going forward because even when it is busy, if I place a mobile order, it's ready in minutes because they value people who mobile order. At this location, they will punish you! Oh, and I was looking at the bagels in the baskets and several flavors were as flat as pancakes... I'm not sure why they were serving them because it would be impossible to cut them in half to put spread on them or make a sandwich. Bizarre that they wouldn't just scrap them and say that they were out of those flavors. I don't get it, but I can't recommend this location. The food and service need help. read more

What an absolute mess of a restaurant.. Drive thru was slow, order was wrong, went back in for missing items and not a single apology. The kitchen looked like there was no system whatsoever and was very disorderly. Food itself was subpar and definitely not worth the $35 I spent. Cannot believe anyone can manage to run this place so poorly. Manager should get fired immediately or at least be retrained. Keep at this pace and yall will not last long. All of these negative reviews and it seems nothing is being done to rectify the issues. This shows they just don't care about their customers because they know people will visit regardless due to location and limited choice of dining. First and last time I visit this location. Love this place! EBB is new to me. I went Sunday and ordered the maplehouse bagel and the Avocado bagel. Both were a 10! I went back the next day. There is a little bit of a wait but it was worth it IMO. I may dine in next time. read more

Taking into consideration this location is somewhat new and probably still working out the issues, I decided to try this location a few times before leaving a review. I've gone four times and three out of the four visits my order was wrong, two out of the four times the coffee order was wrong and overall I'm less than thrilled with this location. I love Einstein Bros. normally but this store has really got to get it together. Today I ordered avocado toast on a six cheese bagel and another on an asiago bagel but both were made on plain bagels instead. Disappointed before first bite even and then to top it off, the avocado spread has ZERO and I mean ZERO flavor. Einstein should take a less from Dunkin on how to make avocado spread. I had to doctor it up for it to even be eaten it was so blahhhhh! Not wanting to drive back up there to have it fixed, I didn't enjoy anything about the food at all whatsoever. This time the coffee was correct and ok but nothing special. This location also on every visit to date previously that I ordered spread on the bagel instead, this location seems to be very, very skimpy with the amount of spread, it barely covers the bagels and is almost a paper thin layer. If you're going to be primarily a breakfast place only open a portion of the day, you better serve good coffee and at a minimum get orders correct or it will continue to be one of the slowest EBB's as it already seems to be, hardly ever see a line there or a bunch of cars. read more

This review is for the new location on 380. All the people giving this place horrible reviews only two stars right now are absolute .... I'm gonna try to be nice but I think it's really pathetic that this place is brand new and they're not even giving a chance. It always takes a while to work out the kinks of a new place. A little more grace please. Also, you should go and try the location on Preston and then you'll know what really is bad because you have no clue. The service, the food I could go on and on with the list of how horrible the one on Preston is...it's extensive! You don't know what bad is until you've tried that location. so this place is stellar and absolutely amazing and delicious and wonderful compared to the location on Preston! They really do a great job and everything is always hot and fresh and just the way it's supposed to be. We've been 30 times already since they opened.. it's what we get for breakfast every morning. The coffee is delicious and the orders are never wrong and the service is very very impressive. I would not listen to any other people on here because I'm very hard to please and if Einstein on 380 can please me then it says a lot! read more

My husband & I have been here a few times and other than our first visit whenever they first opened everything has been such an annoyance and I feel like this location is already going down hill, which is sad since we were excited for this location. Our past 2 visits the drive thru has taken SO LONG. So much so that BOTH times the person behind us has backed out and left! This most recent time there was only 1 person other than us at the drive thru and they were in front of us already at the window waiting for their food. We waited several minutes at the kiosk for someone to even take our order and then waited at least 5 minutes behind that same car that's been waiting for their food for who knows how long. Once they finally got their food and left we waited another 5+ minutes to receive our food. Overall it was a 15 + minute ordeal when there wasn't even a line. There was literally only one other car -- i really just don't understand!!! Once we actually got our food I think my tasty turkey had maybe 2 slices of turkey on it and 1 cucumber on each half of the sandwich... 1 cucumber!!(please see photo for reference) and then the spinach. I can't believe I not only had to wait an exceptionally long time for my sad sandwich, but that I had to pay way more than what this 2 turkey slices and cucumber were worth. Sadly, i don't think i can justify the time & money to go here again as this hasn't been the first time I've had an issue here. read more
