Tasty gravy biscuits, grits, applewood bacon and sunny side up eggs!

A lively golf theme place on a sunday morning serving good breakfast. Portions were on par with other breakfast places but a birdie for taste and service. Server did not putt around and was attentive keeping the greens clean and well watered. No bogeys on this outing, overall a good place to drive down the fairway for!

Great breakfast place. Never overcrowded and service always with a smile . And the house coffee is great too!!

First time here for a Friday breakfast and this place was packed, which is usually a good sign and in this case it mostly was. I went with the Eggs Benedict and my wife ordered an omelette. Overall, the food was really good. The hollandaise on the benedict was solid but not quite great. The scallions were a little heavy handed and overpowered some of the other flavors, but nothing that ruined the dish. The pancakes were actually excellent. Fluffy, flavorful, and probably the best thing we had. I'll still try something different next time, but they definitely know what they're doing there. Service was a standout. The owner was clearly very involved and had no problem jumping in wherever needed to support the staff. That kind of leadership shows and it made the whole experience smoother, especially with how busy it was. Only real downside is parking. Being right off 380 makes it a bit of a hassle, especially during a busy morning. Would absolutely go back and will. Solid food, great service, and a place that feels well run. Just plan your parking strategy ahead of time.

We were missing Birdies so went back for breakfast early morning... We were immediately seated & Sydney served us again... love her service so happy to see her . While waiting for the food we enjoyed their coffee. We ordered- BIRDIES BREAKFAST - Two Eggs sunny side up with Chicken Sausage Links , crispy hash browns & a toast (wheat). NOLA SHRIMP & GRITS - House Cheddar Jack Grits Topped with Grilled Cajun Shrimp Chopped Applewood Bacon and Scallions. Drizzled with buffalo sauce Yes... it's seasoned! Yes... It's got some spice! I enjoyed my shrimp & grits very much. Shrimp had nice flavors & it was very fresh , grits were nice & cheesy it went perfectly with the buffalo sauce which I asked on the side. Also we added a side of scrambled eggs with sourdough toast. It was made very well perfectly scrambled... Again amazing service, delicious food can't wait to try their other dishes.

This place remains one of my absolute faves in our area. The service is always great, it's so cute inside and the food is always amazing! My new obsession is the cookie butter latte. I always try to get a different entree to try and the Hollyhock Benedict might be my new favorite. The smoky hollandaise and fresh avocado with perfectly poached eggs was delish. If you haven't tried this place you definitely need to go!!

Came in for a brunch on a Sunday. There was a 30 minute wait but we were lucky enough to find a spot at the bar. I got the avocado toast with salmon and it was so delicious. Also enjoyed a mimosa. The restaurant is in a busy growing neighborhood so the location is good. Parking was easy unless of course it's a busy day. Sat next to a regular that said this is one of his favorite spots. And I can see why.

Birdie's Breakfast Club - Frisco, TX I found myself with an unexpected free hour after a client postponed our meeting, and I'm so glad I spent it at Birdie's Breakfast Club off 380 in Frisco. What a charming little spot! The space is warm and welcoming with pleasant, thoughtfully designed decor that makes you want to linger. One of my favorite touches was the bird installation--cool flying ducks fixed to the wall that added a whimsical and artistic vibe to the space. The service was great--my server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered breakfast and was instantly tempted by the fresh, fluffy biscuits. They were delicious--warm, buttery, and clearly made from scratch. I only let myself have one, but it took some serious restraint! Birdie's made that unexpected hour feel like a gift. I'll definitely be back, and next time, I might not stop at just one biscuit.

We've been to Birdies multiple times and it never disappoints. Great coffees! Good food. Friendly and efficient service. And the restaurant is always clean. So glad they are nearby. I'd give you a menu suggestion but we've tried most breakfast items and they all have been delicious.

This is definitely one of my favorite spots for brunch. It's usually busy, so be prepared to wait, but the wait is definitely worth it. Their menus have a ton of options, so no matter what you're craving, you'll most likely leave satisfied! Because of their excellent service and fantastic food, we'll keep coming back for more!

Super cute restaurant decorations, the perfect place for a girls get together or Mothers Day brunch. All the food was delicious, my mom has been talking about it ever since we went. Our waitress was attentive even though it was busy.

Yummy brunch spot with excellent service. It was busy when we arrived but we only had to wait a little while (less than 10mins) before we were seated. Our server was friendly, sincere, and really went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with everything we ordered.

Decided to try a breakfast spot and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was so good and hearty. We tried the lemon blueberry mimosa and the strawberry one. Both were very good! The service was pleasant. We had Travis as our service and he provided attentive and friendly service. I'll be back!

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. Started with a Rail District cocktail that was really good. Finished with a Last Word which had a strong licorice flavor (not my fav) but the cherry at the bottom was great! We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. Pieces of toast were basically outer crust and the inner area of bread had 90% giant holes. It was comical. Whoever plated this should have been more selective. My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak. The steak had a large pad of delicious blue cheese and butter on top of it, that slowly melted over the steak and potatoes. That was special. I say approximately because we live about a 10 minute drive and we left our home about 6:20, but I digress. Upon our arrival we were seated and provided with water and menus. The business was not that crowded at this time and several tables had already been served or had their respective drinks. At 6:40 when we had no additional contact with the wait staff that seated us or any other staff. There were two bartenders and to table wait staff. The bartenders were making drinks while the wait staff appeared to be behind the counter and occasionally seating newer customers. At 6:40 my wife was ready to leave, I told her I would give them to 7:00, at 6:59 our waitress came back to our table, the first time since she sat us. She took our drink order as well as our dinner order. At approximately 7:05 I saw the bartender making our drinks and place them at the end of the bar. During this time I believe that our wait staff was preparing one of our food items while the second wait staff was serving some customers in her are or taking orders. At 7:12 I went to the end of the bar to get our drinks but there was no glass for the wine as the bartender poured it out in a small carafe. So I left them at the bar. Mat 7:15 our waitress came staff got a wind glass and poured the carafe of wine into the glass at the bar and then brought the drinks to us. Approximately 7:25 our meals arrived. Again, the food was good.

I really liked this place. It is clean, classy, and welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent. They were delicious, and the serving was large enough for all five of us to share. The dinner menu had many appealing choices, and I had a hard time deciding. In the end, I ordered the Sea Bass with ají amarillo, caramelized pearl onions, guajillo oil, and toasted hominy. I also chose a side of Foraged Mushrooms with shallots and parsley, which turned out to be an excellent choice. My colleagues ordered the Surf & Turf Grits, served over pimiento cheese grits; the parmigiano-reggiano-encrusted Pork Chop; the Filet; and the Prime NY Strip. What bothered me most was how nonchalant and unconcerned the server seemed throughout the entire meal. There was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment of how long everything was taking. Then, when I was ready to leave, I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my check. I spoke with the manager before leaving, and his explanation was that it was a "weird day" because their system was acting up. Living in the Wildridge Community, I couldn't wait until this place opened - (we literally counted…read morethe days). I've been here 3 or 4 times with family and friends...and every time I come in I have a different experience. First time was the day of the "Opening". It was a somewhat disorganized. But I really didn't expect anything different, (totally understood because it just opened). 2nd time was super busy and I understood again; it was new, service was slow, but again they were new. 3rd time they had great entertainment, so I could totally tolerate the slow service because the entertainment was good. By now I consciously tolerated the slow service and decided it was worth it because the food was good! In the meantime, (weeks later) my daughter told me she ordered food to-go through Door Dash to pick up, and had to wait almost 30 min after she got there to get the food. She didn't complain, she said she had the time to wait. It's been open now 8 months and I put an order in to go yesterday with the worst experience yet! Tried to call four times to order food to-go, but we didn't get an answer and I left a message for them to call me back, but they never did (later the guy behind the bar told me it wasn't because they were that busy, but he explained there was only one phone and it was in the office on his desk!). WTH? Finally, we made the order online through Door Dash to pick up. I had out-of-town company that just drove in and they were starving, so I thought it would be perfect to order from Posh and Pours since it was so close to our house! Sadly it backfired on me! The Door Dash app showed that it would be ready at 7:07, I ordered it at 6:25. I went a little early, thinking it may be ready early (6:55). When I went in to pick it up, walked up to to the bar and told the guy behind the bar that I was picking up two different orders that my daughter and I had made on door dash, he casually turned around and asked the young lady working there to go check the Door Dash Orders. (He seemed too busy doing something else to even bother with me). She then walked over to an iPad and after reading something, she casually walks to the kitchen and I guess at that time puts an order in for the first time! Now keep in mind, the guy that asked her to check the orders on the iPad didn't care enough to relay the message that I told him I was picking up 2 orders! (Not sure he was really paying that much attention to what I was saying when I first spoke to him...very unengaged). I sat at the bar until about 7:25 (Remember Door Dash said it would be ready by 7:07). Finally after a while I caught her attention to ask her if she had put both orders in, and she acted really surprised, "2 orders"!? She only saw the one order! (Probably because that's all she was looking for)! Ugh...waited at the bar another 25 min...when she finally brought me the second order (first order had already gotten cold - it was now 7:55). The poor waitress, (obviously not happy to be there,) nor anyone else there had apologized, offered me something for my trouble, or said "thank you, and come back", NOTHING!! Service is sadly lacking, food is fair, management/owners don't seem to care or feel the need to give their customers a great experience to encourage them to return. I can't see this place lasting a year! Very sad!
