The food was real good, hopefully in the future there will be more choices. Our 1st time some positives some quirk negatives. Starting times where messed up and had question before it was fixed. Ambiance is real nice the place is decorated nicely and with class. I will return but the crickets in there system need correction. I unfortunately have to add to this review, we were told by the employees that they were closing at 9:30, so we left out at that time to be considerate. At this time 3 young men walk in and the have not closed, and we felt rushed. It is now 9:37 and customers are at the bar and now going to play.

We tried the chicken and waffle, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy on the inside. The waffle had a nice crisp to it while still being soft and fluffy in the center, which made every bite so satisfying. The service made the experience even better. Our waitress was incredibly cheerful and attentive, and you could genuinely tell she loves what she does. Her positive energy really added to the meal. We'll definitely be back!

My daughter wanted to try it out so we went Friday evening. We didn't play any games.. just got food. We were seated at a table. It's cozy inside and you're able to play golf games which we will try another day. We ordered the fries with 3 dips as a starter. She got the BBQ Chicken pizza and I got the chicken sandwich and both were good.

Food and service was fabulous! Shay at the bar, Sonya the owner was great, we had the Philly Steak pizza, fantastico! I don't particularly care for pizza, but that pizza was incredible and the crust was perfectly crispy, plenty of steak and lots of cheesy goodness. My husband had a Whistlepig Old Fashion and loved it!

Such a cute spot for brunch and golf lovers alike! The Banana Foster French toast was AMAZING! So rich! My husband had the Veggie omelette with bacon, which he said was amazing as well. This place is a scratch kitchen, so everything is made to order. If you are a golfer, there are 5 golf simulator bays that you and up to three of your buddies can hit golf balls. We sat in the bar area, and our bartender/server was Audrey, who was super cool! This place is so good. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Been here several times since my original review - all visits were great. Today I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun and was served a regular bun. I asked if it was gluten free because it didn't look like it, and the server said yes it is. As I was about to take a bite she came back and said actually no it isn't. I was surprised because I knew the owner was very conscientious. Apparently she's no longer involved in the business. Explains a lot. Be careful ordering gluten free at this restaurant.

Made a reservation for 4 at 12p on a Wednesday for their indoor golf and it was not busy at all! The ambiance inside appeared to be very elegant looking, but don't be fooled! It's a very casual space perfect for hanging out with friends. Our server (I believe her name is Alexis) was very attentive and sweet. She explained how all the game modes worked, and even gave her suggestions and recommendations on what to play! I give this place four stars because the sensor for the golf was kind of iffy. Some of us would hit the ball extremely hard and it would not count at all, and on the other hand, some of us would hit it lightly and it would register? It was completely backwards, but it didn't necessarily take away from the fun we had. It was something to just laugh off. We also made sure to not stand in front of the sensor so we knew that was not the reason as to why it wasn't registering fully. Besides the games, food and drinks were fantastic. We ordered some fries and the charcuterie board and both were very yummy! Make sure to order extra crackers for the charcuterie board or else you will run out before finishing everything else. Drinks were delicious and strong.. thank you bartender!

    The Local Banana French toast

Came here for the first time and idk if it was that it wasn't as busy but service was excellent. Their food is flavorful. I got the French toast and it was one of the best French toast I've had since I moved to Dallas. I love how the food came out hot and wasn't cold. Would be coming back again and again. Thank you for having us

Chicken and waffles, both of which were overcooked, but had good flavor!
    Mitchel R.

This place charms with its friendly service and stunning modern decor. Although drink prices are on the higher side, the food offers good value for money. While the chicken and waffles fell short due to both being overcooked, they were flavorful, and the breakfast pizza was a tasty surprise, both in flavor and size. We went at about 11:30 on Sunday and were told they were only serving from the smaller brunch menu and not the lunch menu which was a little disappointing. They have an indoor golfing game as well, but we did not play it, so I can't speak to that at all. This is a cool place, I'd give them another chance.

We had reservations but there was no major crowd at 5:30. The place is contemporary, white tiles, brass finishes. Fully stocked bar. Nice big windows. Started with a Rail District cocktail that was really good. Finished with a Last Word which had a strong licorice flavor (not my fav) but the cherry at the bottom was great! We split the SPREADABLE WHIPPED LEMON BASIL GOAT CHEESE. Loved this. But note to the Chef or food prep - the toast crackers had so many holes in the bread, there was NO surface for the spreadable. Pieces of toast were basically outer crust and the inner area of bread had 90% giant holes. It was comical. Whoever plated this should have been more selective. My wife had the Salmon and I had the steak. The steak had a large pad of delicious blue cheese and butter on top of it, that slowly melted over the steak and potatoes. That was special. Endive salad was pretty dry, very little dressing. So I mixed it in with the potatoes and cheese/butter.

I say approximately because we live about a 10 minute drive and we left our home about 6:20, but I digress. Upon our arrival we were seated and provided with water and menus. The business was not that crowded at this time and several tables had already been served or had their respective drinks. At 6:40 when we had no additional contact with the wait staff that seated us or any other staff. There were two bartenders and to table wait staff. The bartenders were making drinks while the wait staff appeared to be behind the counter and occasionally seating newer customers. At 6:40 my wife was ready to leave, I told her I would give them to 7:00, at 6:59 our waitress came back to our table, the first time since she sat us. She took our drink order as well as our dinner order. At approximately 7:05 I saw the bartender making our drinks and place them at the end of the bar. During this time I believe that our wait staff was preparing one of our food items while the second wait staff was serving some customers in her are or taking orders. At 7:12 I went to the end of the bar to get our drinks but there was no glass for the wine as the bartender poured it out in a small carafe. So I left them at the bar. Mat 7:15 our waitress came staff got a wind glass and poured the carafe of wine into the glass at the bar and then brought the drinks to us. Approximately 7:25 our meals arrived. Again, the food was good.

I really liked this place. It is clean, classy, and welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent. They were delicious, and the serving was large enough for all five of us to share. The dinner menu had many appealing choices, and I had a hard time deciding. In the end, I ordered the Sea Bass with ají amarillo, caramelized pearl onions, guajillo oil, and toasted hominy. I also chose a side of Foraged Mushrooms with shallots and parsley, which turned out to be an excellent choice. My colleagues ordered the Surf & Turf Grits, served over pimiento cheese grits; the parmigiano-reggiano-encrusted Pork Chop; the Filet; and the Prime NY Strip. The sides came in large plates and were meant to be shared. In addition to the mushrooms, we ordered Truffle Fries, Mac & Cheese, and Brussels sprouts. We were stuffed. I've been here 3 or 4 times with family and friends...and every time I come in I have a different experience. First time was the day of the "Opening". It was a somewhat disorganized. But I really didn't expect anything different, (totally understood because it just opened). 2nd time was super busy and I understood again; it was new, service was slow, but again they were new. 3rd time they had great entertainment, so I could totally tolerate the slow service because the entertainment was good. By now I consciously tolerated the slow service and decided it was worth it because the food was good! In the meantime, (weeks later) my daughter told me she ordered food to-go through Door Dash to pick up, and had to wait almost 30 min after she got there to get the food. She didn't complain, she said she had the time to wait. It's been open now 8 months and I put an order in to go yesterday with the worst experience yet! Tried to call four times to order food to-go, but we didn't get an answer and I left a message for them to call me back, but they never did (later the guy behind the bar told me it wasn't because they were that busy, but he explained there was only one phone and it was in the office on his desk!). WTH? Finally, we made the order online through Door Dash to pick up. I had out-of-town company that just drove in and they were starving, so I thought it would be perfect to order from Posh and Pours since it was so close to our house! Sadly it backfired on me! The Door Dash app showed that it would be ready at 7:07, I ordered it at 6:25. I went a little early, thinking it may be ready early (6:55). When I went in to pick it up, walked up to to the bar and told the guy behind the bar that I was picking up two different orders that my daughter and I had made on door dash, he casually turned around and asked the young lady working there to go check the Door Dash Orders. (He seemed too busy doing something else to even bother with me). She then walked over to an iPad and after reading something, she casually walks to the kitchen and I guess at that time puts an order in for the first time! Now keep in mind, the guy that asked her to check the orders on the iPad didn't care enough to relay the message that I told him I was picking up 2 orders! (Not sure he was really paying that much attention to what I was saying when I first spoke to him...very unengaged). I sat at the bar until about 7:25 (Remember Door Dash said it would be ready by 7:07). Finally after a while I caught her attention to ask her if she had put both orders in, and she acted really surprised, "2 orders"!? She only saw the one order! (Probably because that's all she was looking for)! Ugh...waited at the bar another 25 min...when she finally brought me the second order (first order had already gotten cold - it was now 7:55). The poor waitress, (obviously not happy to be there,) nor anyone else there had apologized, offered me something for my trouble, or said "thank you, and come back", NOTHING!! Service is sadly lacking, food is fair, management/owners don't seem to care or feel the need to give their customers a great experience to encourage them to return. I can't see this place lasting a year! Very sad!

However, the wings with dry rubs were bland and very dry, overcooked. The sauced wings had much better flavor but got soggy and were also way overcooked and dry. The burgers were under seasoned as well and the chips and salsa tasted like jarred salsa with cardboard chips. They have a huge variety of seasoned fries, we had the cajun and they were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and delicious. Service was ok, they messed up several drinks orders bringing us drinks we didn't order multiple times that we kept having to send back or talk through with our server. They resolved all the issues we had but it just never seemed very smooth and kept re-occurring which was frustrating and made me question my check but since i never had the chance to look it over since the device they handed me only showed the total. I asked for a printed receipt but never received one. The owner did come by and talk to us and she was very friendly and accommodating. I wish they served more local craft beers but mostly only served generic commercially available beer. Even after ordering a different beer, they kept bringing me the same one. I would only recommend them for their apps.
