The restaurant was really messy. Crumbs everywhere and the food wasn't really that good. The staff weren't happy and the mood wasn't good either. The food for me wasn't presented well as my bagel was half buttered and had a yellow piece of something on it to. Many more restaurants around, so I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

They don't claim to be gourmet but they are perfect for a quick breakfast. Ingredients fresh, quick. Staff nice restaurant clean. Just what we needed to hit the road! I'm editing this review to add something important. My husband left his iPad and the manager had it and kept it till a friend, who was vacationing in the area could pick it up. I know it's important for food to be fresh, good etc. but it is certainly nice to know they are honest. read more

My friend and I came here on Christmas Eve and we were told there were no Bagels left. The guy at check out said take what you see. that's all that's left. . Anyway pretty rude and we left. This the most poorly managed Einstein I have been to. I have given this location several chances and each time I have experienced missed orders, wrong orders, and extremely slow service, even during low volume days. The manager is the weakest link. read more

I keep going back about every six months because I LOVE their bagels! But again today I was disappointed and infuriated by the service. This is all the owners fault, whoever he or she is should be ashamed of them self. There are NEVER enough people working. I waited 30 min in line to get a dozen bagels. This is unacceptable on a Sunday morning. Every other Einstein bagels in the country knows what they're doing and you're in and out no matter the time of day or week. Ignore the stated closing time of 3pm- they appear to close whenever the staff wants to- in our case, well before 3pm. Whoever owns this franchise should do more staff training! Embarrassing to the brand! read more

Worst Einstein I've ever been to. Refused to make the correct bagel just because she was LAZY. The lady working told me she could not make it, even though I go to Einstein's at least 3 times a week and it has NEVER been a problem before. Terrible service and she had the biggest attitude!!! I'm writinng this review inside Einstei's this morning. This is our 3rd visit to this location. The product is the same as any other Einstiein's, so the review reflects issues with staffing, and training. On our first visit, new staff struggled to complete a transaction on the register, leaving 4 customers waiting while other staff could not assist. The time was around 10:30am. The decaf thermos was empty as were all the milk jugs. It was obvious they were both understaffed and not fully traieed. The second time we ordered bagels toasted welll and 2 cinnamon sticks. The bagels came just warmed up and they forgot the cinnamon sticks. I asked for the stics and for the bagels to be run through again. The gentleman behind the display case complied, but returned the bagels no better than before. He also grabbed the cinnamon sticks without apology. Obviously, he was a bit harried, having to train new staff while serving clients. As is common with food chains, poorlly executed corporate policies around wages, employee appreciation and turnover are evident here. Rapid employee turnover guarantees your mileage will vary with this place. I blame corporate, not the employees. read more

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for a smear substitute for cheese. Wasn't told it would cost more. When I saw it did it was 1.65 more, which seems like a lot when 1$ would seem appropriate but whatever. No money off for not taking cheese either. If I had know I would have kept it. But when I get it it's the thinest layer is smear. Just enough to color the surface. And I could barely taste it. I'm not big into making a fuss buy by the end the sandwich was bland period and was annoyed. I mentioned something to a worker before leaving and was told they always put in more if asked and I said I shouldn't have to. So basically to save a few cents they put on as little as possible with the knowledge that most people won't feel comfortable bringing food back to the counter. I suggest you got to the local bakery blue moon for a quality 5$ bagel sandwich with appropriate cream cheese. Instead of paying almost 9 and getting crap. If the price is 8.50 then maybe put some smear on there correctly. I won't be going back. And the containers of smear where under 5$ so you would think 1.65 would get you a little more. read more

We arrived at the store at 7:45 a.m. on a Friday, but it wasn't open yet. The sign in the window said it would not open until 8:30 a.m. Business 101, people. Two years ago I ordered a large quantity of bagels and coffee for an event I host in Breckenridge. The bagels arrived late and with a rude delivery driver. I then attempted to get the receipt, which was not provided at the time of delivery. It took me several attempts and being cussed out by the manager at the time to get this receipt. I still am unsure what the problem was with getting it. Last year, there was a new manager and we had a very good experience. This year, unfort, back to bad. I had an order for delivery on both Sat. morning as well as Sun morning. Delivery on Sunday was scheduled for 0730. At 0745 I called and spoke with three different people (the phone just kept getting passed, with nobody identifying who they were or why the phone was passed to him/her)trying to find out where the bagels/coffee were. They told me they were "busy" that day and wouldn't be there for another 25 mins. I was hosting a conference for 50 people and breakfast was time-sensitive to the rest of the schedule. Ultimately, I cancelled my order for Sunday. I am now on my 4th attempt at getting a receipt for the Sat. delivery. It is currently 11:00'ish. I've called four times today and they just simply are not answering the phone. It goes direct to voicemail. I will never go here, for a large event or otherwise, ever again. read more
