We stop by this small town cafe on the way to steamboat spring. Small town with lots of character. This establishment is super crowded, the host is super efficient with checking in and report via text once table is ready. Food: salmon with brown rice plate is excellent, steak and egg plate - eggs cooked well, however the steak sirloin is dry and well done for medium rare and dry. I would not recommend steak here. Sandwich is decent. Drinks are yummy. Cappuccino and frapp are delicious. Overall, this place just needs faster service, more waiter/waitress to accommodate the volume of customers on peak time

OMG how good can it be. My trout and eggs amazing, the Alferd omelet was made like a real omelet should be. Ashley was a great server with coffee when we needed, food came out quick. Nice looking place with Keystone and skiing history on the walls with many things to read if you get the chance. Get here early, they opened at 7, on a wait by 8. It was Saturday of Father's Day weekend. Great stop on our road trip!

Very good choices, good vibes, good staff, and great location. Plenty of delicious options. This is a great place to stop before hitting the mountain for a day in the snow. Don't miss this hidden gem.

Solid Breakfast Stop on the Way to Vail We stopped by Sunshine Café for breakfast on our way to Vail. I really enjoyed the Chorizo Benedict--flavorful and well-prepared. The omelets were also quite good. My son wasn't too impressed with the pancakes, but overall, it's a great spot for a quick and satisfying breakfast

I'm in town for a conference and rather than setting settling for the Hampton Inn breakfast. I decided to walk a few steps up the hill and eat at the sunshine Café. What a great choice. I went with the basic country breakfast, which comes with three pieces of bacon hashbrowns two eggs over easy no bread for me. Thank you r easonable priced breakfast and great service.

Some loud construction happening nearby was a bit of a nuisance initially but didn't bother us after all...just added to the ambiance. Seriously, excellent service, fair prices, and excellent food quality. Oh, 4% discount for paying with cash! We'll be back!

Great food and excellent service! Wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. Kid friendly. They have a beautiful aquarium inside and lots of kids were hooked to the variety of fish in there.

Chorizo benedict is great and love the half portions across the menu if you want a smaller plate. Friendly service too!

One TV over the bar delivered, but so did the delightfully engaging bartenders. Colby is the best. Great bar service made excellent suggestions from the menu (ask for the "secret " menu). Toasted sandwich was a fantastic combination of flavors and texture. One really cannot go wrong, but I recommend anything with the fresh jalapeños in au jus.

We ordered the White Widow, Kali Mist, Garlic Cheese Bread, and the Bowl O' Balls for the little ones. The Kali Mist was easily our favorite great flavor and we'd absolutely order it again. The White Widow was good, just not as memorable. The garlic cheese bread was a solid side, and the Bowl O' Balls was perfect for the kids. The pricing was very reasonable. We spent around $54 for everything, and for the quality and portion sizes, it felt fair. We liked that they offer 4", 8", and 12" sandwiches, and the 8-inch subs were a great value. The drink selection was also nice, although the ice machine wasn't producing ice during our visit. The reason for 4 stars really comes down to the customer service. Noah was friendly and helped us choose between a couple of sandwiches when we asked for his opinion, which we appreciated. However, the experience lacked the hospitality and attention to detail that turns a good visit into a great one. After paying, there was no offer of a receipt I actually had to go back and ask for one. When our food was brought out to go, the bag was accidentally dropped into my arms and almost hit the ground. There wasn't any follow-up afterward no "Here's your order," "Enjoy your meal," or "Can I get you anything else?" We also didn't realize until we got back to the Hilton that there were no napkins or condiments included with our order, even though we tipped 18%. The restaurant has a fun, unique atmosphere, but the dining area could have been cleaner. The trash bins were overflowing, and while there was a steady flow of customers, it didn't seem overly busy or like they were in the middle of a rush. It felt like there was enough downtime to stay on top of basic housekeeping. Overall, the food was good, the prices were fair, and we'd stop by again if we're ever back in Silverthorne. I think the biggest opportunity for improvement is simply customer service and hospitality small things like offering a receipt, checking that the order is complete, including napkins and condiments, and ending the interaction with a friendly send-off would go a long way. Those little details are what turn a good meal into a great customer experience.

July 21, 2026 - Silverthorne, CO…read more One of the reasons we chose to stop here was the large, dog-friendly outdoor patio. We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop.

The building is a bit of a mess but we will hold our judgement for the service and food. It appears that two people are running the entire business. HUSTLERS. We looked over the menu and selected the spicy fried cauliflower with green onions, micro cilantro, sweet heat, sesame seeds and a lime cream sauce. The cauliflower was crispy, well flavored, and a good taste. We shared the Summit mushroom burgers with goat cheese, wild mushrooms, spicy pepper jelly and roasted garlic aioli. The burger was delicious, juicy and a real treat. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful, engaging and working hard to service the crowd. Eclectric Bar and Grill is not fancy, but a solid option in the burger scene. Give them a chance and judge them for yourself.

I ask what size the regular sandwich is, the teen answers 10" -- it was 6" for $10. I ask if mayo would be good on my sandwich, the employee mumbles, "I don't know I haven't had it." I end up telling him I don't want mayo. Fast forward 30 minutes and a lot of awkward silence with the two boys scampering around the back, there was mayo on the sandwich. Half way through the preparation of my sandwich a boy walks in (there was only one present up to this point). The teenage boy coughs into his armpit and then proceeds to put on gloves, at no point did he wash his hands. What makes this worse is the first boy hands my sandwich off to the second. I am not sure what the first had been doing up that point because it took another ~15 minutes for it to be done, keep in mind it was a turkey sandwich, nothing special. My family went to Chipotle, ordered for five at the same time I entered Which Wich and finished their food before I had received my one sandwich. It also smelled horribly. And was dirty. And above all, no greeting, no apology, and no explanation. I'm not the first to say this but GO TO THE CHIPOTLE NEXT DOOR INSTEAD! Horrible experience, worse service thanks to complete lack of competence of the employees and lack or manager or supervision. If I had a restaurant and wanted to put it out of business I wouldn't change a thing.

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.
