The sandwiches came out hot and tasty with plenty of bacon and a perfectly cooked egg. There is a self serve coffee station with multiple coffees offerings, decal, flavored, etc. The employees are cordial and service minded. She is AMAZING and super sweet. I came in today and was "greeted" (meaning he didn't say a word the whole interaction) by a bald man with a tattoo by his ear. He did not say "hi" or "how can I help" you or anything. Just started at me. I told him my order and before I could finish speaking (I needed to show him I was also purchasing a drink) he put my order in and walked away before I could even get the rest of my order out of my mouth. He immediately walked to the back. I did not pay because I was waiting to get his attention to let him know he still needed to ring up the drink and that he only rung up the bagel. He finally looked my way from the back and said "you can tap to pay" and then immediately turned around so he was unable to see or hear me raise the drink up and say "you didn't ring up the drink". Luckily the kind woman was in the front and took care of me. I hate giving a negative review because I love the lady with the red hair, but the other man was terrible.

Inside the interior has an industrial feel with that marvelous red brick on each side. I love the sign near the front that reads "Hear me, See me, Accept me." What a profound message for the world these days. Their coffee is OK here. Nothing that I'm blown away or taken aback with. The staff member who took my order and served my coffee was friendly and personable. Besides coffee, they offer fresh bakery. I also like that they have a bay door to enjoy the beautiful weather on a day like today. There is plenty of seating inside. They have two long high top tables with beautiful wooden counter tops and there are several electrical outlets for charging your mobile devices. I recommend visiting Knowledge Perk if you're visiting. It's worth the stop.
