That being said, we had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM in scheduling the cardiac testing for my daughter who has a developmental disability in addition to the current questions about her heart's health with Jefferson's team and they followed up the initial e-mail with a phone call verifying the information including the time at which we needed to arrive. From the very first stop along the day's journey all we received were smiles and professionalism mixed in with the right amount of personal interaction and conversation. Did my daughter have to wait in a hospital gown for more than an hour not knowing exactly when she was going in for her procedure, yes but staff regularly checked on her with smiles. They talked with my daughter always doing their best to calm her nerves and her fears. The American public needs to learn the word PATIENCE and put it into practice because impatience at times causes folks to miss the positive care providers are attempting to give. As we prepared to get the procedure done one by one of the "surgical" team came by to share information and to ask if we had any questions or perhaps even more importantly if we had any concerns. The anesthesiologist really calmed my daughter by showing her a scan of her arm. We obviously were not present for the procedure but before our daughter was awake the head of the team was sitting down with us to explain everything that went on. She even removed her scrubs providing a more personal feeling to the conversation (If she doesn't remove her scrubs for post operative conversations all the time, I would highly recommend it because with a sea of scrub covered humans it was nice to hear the report from a physician dressed like we were. It was a great touch!). Yes, we had to wait and wait and wait until our daughter's readings were acceptable. We were so ready to leave and our daughter wanted to get dressed. And, yes we were not in a comfy private room but what mattered were the smiles of the staff and their friendly quick chats with us about our daughter, about their work histories and their families, and just about life. That's the way it should be! It would be so wonderful if no one needed cardiac care but if you are in Philly or South Jersey or the Delaware Valley our experiences tell us that Jefferson is the place to go!! A definite FIVE STAR review!!!

They take the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. I'm a patient of Dr. Scott Bralow's - he is incredibly intelligent, remembers the smallest details and I always leave with a smile. He has returned my calls and helped me on weekends WHILE he is away on vacation. My brother was also his patient prior to a relocation. One Friday night three years ago, he had an emergency situation and we sped to the hospital (were in the burbs). Dr. Bralow was ON IT. Not only for my brother, but for me as well. He still asks about my brother's health and cares for his patients immensely. Dr. Bralow also deals with my particular history with delicacy. He is really quite patient with me. This is an office I trust with my health - physically, mentally and emotionally.

This place is like a well oiled machine. Labs and images on first floor. Other specialties up the escalator. The hallways are lined with easy to read, accurate signage indicating where to go. And the elevators are efficient and fast. There is pretty cafeteria with glass walls, comfortable seating and healthy menu options. All staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Our experiences have been with dermatology, Moh's surgical center and Nephrology. DR's Kim, Sebanko and Geara are tops in their fields. 5 Stars all the way!!!!

There's a little round curved driveway in front of the building. The entrance is located next to this driveway on the ground floor. I had a hard time finding it and must've walked by it twice! There was a mix up about a primary doctor referral so the staff were very kind and helpful to try to help it get sorted out. Actual x ray itself took a few minutes and was handled by Tori, a technician who was very efficient. They offer appointments that start as early as 7 AM for those of us poor working folks. PRO TIPS. Closest PATCO stop is 9th and Locust, a 5 minute walk.

The day before, I checked my texts, emails, and tried to make an account on their health portal and they here was nothing. I called their scheduling number, not available. Shoutout to XRay who ended up helping me (they went above and beyond, calling me back with info, thank you!!). If u never called I never would have known to come early to my appointment and that they wanted that from me. Since I never got a confirmation, I wasn't sure if I had to go to hospital or their medical office. The workers are amazing but the lack of communication/confirmation was troubling. For the appt: I was told to get there at 7:45 for an 8:00 AM, was taken back by 8:15. Staff were so incredibly nice!

Both the staff in the hospital buildings and office buildings are great, as well as the central scheduling department. Whenever I call to make appointments, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. I had just started physical therapy with Holy Redeemer's Sports Medicine and the staff are friendly and work with you when making appointments. I went for the initial evaluation of my back problems and was satisfied right away because I was seen for almost an hour and was given helpful tips and exercises to help me get back to normal. I will be doing aqua therapy with the physical therapists and was told that with some time and a little hard work, I will get back to being able to walk without issues, bend, and move without pain. I go tomorrow for my next session, so will update my review as I go along, as far as the SPorts medicine department. But from what I can see right now, I am satisfied with the service and look forward to my road to recovery with knowledgeable physical therapists.
