The Gist: Absolutely incredible service. After finding this company 7 years ago, I have used their movers 4 times both here in North Austin/Leander and in North Dallas. Every time they go above and beyond with their services both in professional courtesy and in the job itself. The Pricing: --Their pricing is very transparent, upfront, and reasonable. There are no hidden fees. Insurance on your belongings is included. They offer the added service for purchase of packing up your things for you if you choose that option. If so, they have the packing materials there and available for purchase (priced equal to or better than those same materials from Lowes or Home Depot) (which includes moving blankets for purchase if you'd like to keep them afterward). --Their time on the clock does not start until they move your first box and they are very considerate of your time and money. They definitely hustle to be as time-efficient as possible--while still caring for your things as if they were their own. Most Recent Experience with Them: --This past April I had the pleasure of working with Houston and Remington from Einstein Moving in Leander. Of the 4 times I have hired Einstein (and had 4/4 all great experiences), these were by far the best movers I have ever had the privilege of working with. I had no problem leaving them to pack my things into the moving truck while I left to do other errands. That is how trustworthy the company is in the people that they hire. These guys also had the nicest and funniest personalities; as they were bringing furniture back and forth we were discussing the merits of the older IV-VI Star Wars trilogy versus the newer I-III Star Wars trilogy. They both had very solid thematic analyses of them; which I can't say has ever been part of any service I've paid for in life thus far, so I feel like I definitely got my money's worth working with them. They were both incredibly professional and extremely courteous, and they did a fantastic job packing up my stuff, moving it, unloading it, and setting me up my new home. I truly couldn't have asked for a better moving experience than with Houston and Remington from Einstein Moving Company in Leander. Previous Experiences: --I have opted for the service they provide where they pack up your boxes for you. They did a fantastic job taking care of my things and everything got to the destination in exactly the same condition. --The company has a caveat that they are movers, not professionally trained plumbers, so you have the option to sign a waiver allowing them to set up your washer and dryer connections. I have never had a problem with any of the appliances that I have elected to have them to install. --They do a great job wrapping, packing, transporting, and unloading large furniture (I have a TON, and most of my things are pretty heavy.. I don't know why I do this to them). They will walk through your new home with you and make sure they know exactly what location you want your furniture and other items. The best part of this aspect is that they won't quit until they have successfully installed or reassembled anything that you need to have done. Which is SO incredibly appreciated by those of us who can't build IKEA furniture to save us. Really and truly: Einstein Moving Company in Leander is the best moving company I have ever gotten to work with. I will be a repeat customer of theirs for all foreseeable future moving needs. Seriously! Note: If you want to leave a tip, they definitely appreciate cash (like many other service employees do). So if you'd like to leave them a tip and can make it to the ATM, you totally should do cash. But totally cool if you can't make it to an ATM. read more

Hector and Houston at Leander location are the best! They took extra special care of all my Mom's stuff during her move. They made it fun and easy. Every time they walked into a room they were smiling or singing or being silly with each other. But don't let that fool you, by no means were they slacking. These two worked hard all day and never waivered from their happy outstanding personalities. At one point, when I came back in to check and see if they needed anything, Hector had set aside the flag that was folded and encased from my Dad's funeral and he said to me, "I know this is special, would you prefer move it yourself." That really meant a lot to me. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smooth for my Mom's move. My Mom is an artist and had some of her paintings on the wall. Almost immediately, they noticed that those were her paintings and they complemented her talent. They also made sure that each painting was packed and moved with the upmost care. EVERY painting made it to the new place without a scratch on it. I could go on and on about how awesome Hector and Houston are, but I will just say that Einstein Moving is the company that I will always use for every move. I had a great experience with Einstein from the start. I appreciated their virtual tour where they reviewed the house through a video chat. The tour helped them calibrate their own quote, bring it down and making it competitive. The movers were awesome -- Ian and ZZyzx were efficient, professional, and friendly. They carefully wrapped and loaded each piece of furniture. They put padding around the door frames. I was impressed with their organization: the moving blankets were carefully folded and stored in boxes; rubber bands hung on hooks in the truck (sorted by color!); there was a place for each tool and dolly. Loading the truck took longer than expected because we have a lot of white furniture, which required extra care. To speed up the unloading at our new house, we called in reinforcements. Houston and Kershawn joined in, and were just as quick, hard working, professional, and friendly. Even in the heat, after a long day, everyone was still cracking jokes and laughing right up until the end. Throughout the move, they double-checked where each piece of furniture should go and always offered to reposition things in the room. read more

Amazing! From start to finish, this experience was exceptional. We started with a walk through on FaceTime so they could accurately quote our move. Which they did! No surprise fees here. They were completely up front with all pricing. Followed by excellent communication leading up to the move. Prices were a little higher than others, but we had the Leander crew and they were worth all the dollars!! Hector, Vernald, Nathan and Pearce showed up on time with clean trucks, moving pads and excellent attitudes. They were professional with us and so kind and helpful with each other. I heard nothing but positivity between this crew. You can tell they like working together. This was not a small move, and at times, not easy, but they didn't complain one time. They even worked with another contractor who showed up early. I really can't say enough about them and this company. First let me say that Edward and Joe are our new cousins!! They have been adopted into our family forever!!! These guys showed up within their stated timeframe and knocked out our move in less than the quoted hours...that was my favorite part!!! They were very polite and super efficient! Organized is not the word that I'd use because the way they loaded our items and unloaded so quickly had to be a super power!! This was the very best experience I have ever had with a moving company and I have moved to a lot of different places. From the beginning Frank was very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We set up a date and I was called the day before the move and got an email as well letting me know everything a was GO. They even told me who my moving team would be. I must say that Ian and Mark are awesome folks. They took such great care of all my things and explained everything as the move went along. Everything was handled with great care. Edward and Sevrianna were outstanding! They showed up early, worked hard and quick, and made sure that our items were wrapped and carefully taken care of during the move. Even though they're allergic to cats, the toughed through the allergic reactions and got the job done. There should have been questions asked beforehand to send movers who are not allergic to cats, but all in all everything with Einstein MC was easy and made very simple. Clear communication from Einstein Corp and my movers went out of their way to make sure we understood everything going on that day. I'd recommend Einstein for any large move you have. As with almost every other reviewer here this was the best moving experience we've ever had. Nathan, Ian and-I apologize can't remember the 3rd name! Maybe James? - were phenomenal. They arrived promptly and worked steadily and efficiently all day. It was a rather complicated move involving 3 houses and they set up a battle plan at the beginning and executed it flawlessly. They were careful of furniture, walls, and doorways, and worked around our large assortment of pets. They even were quiet when our grand baby was napping. We had a great experience using Einstein Moving Company out of Leander. Edward and Robert H were the gentlemen who helped my mother move. First, they called ahead to warn of arrival and were even on time! Have to love that now a days! What an amazing experience we had with Hector and Noah. Our move from Austin to Leander was flawless. Their attention to detail and knowing things such as needing a four prong plug for our dryer allowed me the time to get exactly what I needed. Einstein moving did a great job! Joe our lead was the best! We move often and are two disabled people with limited mobility. We required two trucks and six guys to move 50 miles. They finished our move in one day, were very patient with moving furniture exactly where we needed it, and really listened.
