Our bathroom needed an immediate renovation due to water damage & he was able to meet our schedule. It was easy to communicate with him & always responded to all my questions. Jorge & his assistant did an amazing job! They were prompt & efficient & always cleaned up after each work day. We needed a new shower wall, tile floors, toilet & vanity installed. Also, due to the extent of the water damage we also had to replace some cabinet shelves & baseboards behind the bathroom shower. Jorge explained the process each day, and was very nice & respectful. He quickly pointed out where the leaks were coming from & assured us it will be fixed correctly. I like that he takes pride in his work & wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

Found that they had the best technology with the helicals for creating solid foundations in sandy soil.
