I do a lot of weird requests and they always come thru, and in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with these Gents/this location. If they aren't able to do a job they let me know right away (it's usually turnaround time with my crazy rush projects). I love the cordialness and jokes from these Gents. They are also very knowledgeable with the Apps for the jobs I send, if there is a mistake Sir Patrick has no issue opening my file and fixing it (but I rarely have this issue). I will keep coming here to get my projects printed. My only issue is they don't open on Saturdays...but...they need REST too, so I won't complain at all. Thank you guys!

This printer is remarkably unprofessional…read more I placed a series of orders with them for a corporate branding job. The paper and printing was not consistent between jobs. The owner even acknowledged that the jobs didn't match, but he didn't offer to redo any of the work (hard to believe but true). It's clear they do not keep detailed records/samples of previous orders to ensure consistency (also hard to believe but true). Quite conveniently, their invoices don't provide any details of the printing, including paper stock, etc., so you have no idea what you really ordered. If you are looking for a printer to do a one-off job and are desperate, they're adequate. If you are looking for a professional printer who respects their customers and cares about consistency for multiple, related jobs, look elsewhere. I hate to give anyone a one-star rating but they really deserve it. In the meantime, I found a great mom and pop printer in White Plains who is fabulous and really cares about their customers.

I was clearly told that no appointment was needed and I could simply bring it in. Based on that, we made the trip to the store, only to be told there was no tech person on site. We were then advised to come back the next day because a service ticket would need to be opened and it "wouldn't be good" to leave the computer overnight. When we asked what time the technician would be available, the associate didn't have a clear answer and had to check their phone, eventually saying "around 11am to maybe 7pm." There was no clear communication, no consistency, and no real attempt to be helpful. It ended up being a complete waste of time. I strongly suggest better staff training so customers are given accurate information before making unnecessary trips

He was annoyed (and so was I) and by now there was yet another lady behind me, African American as well. I had not thought much about his coldness, his dismissiveness, or his obvious displeasure. But... we all have bad days. That doesn't warrant a Yelp review. Sans, a funky young artist, came and helped me with templates and designs for over one hour. In that time, Alexander helped the Puerto Rican lady and another two African American ladies. He joked with all them, smiled shining, was extremely cooperative and as ugly as it is, I thought...
