I tried to place an order for 6 bottles of Humble juice priced at $9.99 each. Found a coupon so the total displayed was $44.96, not including the $19.99 shipping cost. The total jumped to $83.33 without explanation so I sent a message to their support to learn why. After some back and forth, I was told the $18.38 increase was the excise tax... so an almost 42% tax. I ordered new coils from EJuiceConnect. I also paid extra for faster shipping. The package has been sitting in a USPS hub for 7 days, its pretty clear USPS lost my package. I called customer support, told them its pretty clear my package is lost. They looked up the tracking number and told me I needed to wait a month before they will do anything. I asked them to just send me out new coils and i'd return the others if they ever arrive. They flat out refused and told me too bad things get lost, wait a month. I asked what happens in a month, and was told they will open up an investigation with USPS but can't guarantee they will find my package. My only option now is to dispute the charge as goods not received with my bank. DON'T ORDER FROM EJUICECONNECT. I have ordered from here at least 5 times. I've always had my order shipped within two or three days of ordering and then receive it within 2 days once it's shipped. I don't mind the standard shipping rate because the prices are so great, you save anywhere from $5 to $10 per bottle. So even with shipping rate I still save money. I was hesitant when I ordered from them the first time because I saw so many bad reviews, but I have never had an issue with this company. Bunch of incompetent morons. Won't ship to "PO boxes anymore" because of a "new carrier" but they still use USPS priority mail. USPS doesn't deliver to my house and only my PO Box at the post office since I live remotely... Now the post office returned the box to sender since E JUICE CONNECT didn't put my box number on the shipping address. I always have problems with their customer service too, they are so rude and the first time they cancelled my order blindly because of this PO box situation. Order 5 packs of free max coils and 3 packs of Falcon total was 106.13 when I got my order I got the 5 packs of free max coils but never got the Falcon coils I ordered. Instead, I got 3 packs of some random coils Contacted their customer service and offered to send the wrong coils back and have them send me the falcon coils they refused to send out the proper coils that I ordered and Told me I would Have to reorder them. they said that they would issue points to my account to cover the new order. Now I'm waiting on some juice that I ordered 5 days ago, and it is still sitting in preshipment. I purchased a Geek Vape Obelisk on 10/23. After a few days the unit cut off on its own a couple of times. Did not think too much of it. Figured maybe I had done it by accident. Then on 11/18 the unit cut off on its own 6 times. I changed tanks, coils and tried several sets of fresh batteries and still the same issue. Emailed EJUICE CONNECT on 11/18 and explained the issues I am having and wanted to know how to proceed with getting a unit that works. No response. Emailed again the next day asking if they had time to review my email. No response. Emailed again on 11/22 asking what we could do to correct this issue. No response. I love Geek Vape products and sure I just got a dud but I have to say that the utter lack of customer service is unacceptable. As someone who owns over 30 box mods, I know a bit about them. The utter lack of communication and sticking me with a 50.00 brick that is unusable is a hell of a way to run a business. I will be doing my business elsewhere moving forward. Since the receipt said "Platinum Ed-Island" (color) and the box said "Island" i thought it safe to be correct and opened it... I should have checked to see if the box was different..and it is...but there were no pics of the box on the actual listing (at the time). I have been ordering juice from this company for about 6-8 months. Never had any issues until my last order. I ordered 5 bottles of juice. I only received 4. I looked at the packing slip and saw that all 5 bottles were checked off the invoice. So I checked out the post office shipping bag/envelope for holes or if the seal was broken and it was fine. I took a picture of what i received. Emailed it over. No response. Went to their website found another email for the company, sent another one. No response. Found another email, then finally got a reply the next day. She said that she would "look at the pictures of the shipment and then contact me back" I gave her all the details again. Then got a reply back stating i wasnt going to get a refund for my missing juice bc her pictures showed it was in the bag. But there was no picture of the shipment in the bag yet, just sitting on the counter with the shipping label and 5 bottles. My husband and I both opened the shipment. This is a $9.00 bottle of juice. Im not going to lie about a $9.00 bottle. I will not be ordering from this company again. After review i see that there are MANY people with these same issues as well as issues with cracked seal on bottles. So i decided to check my bottles that were shipped to me and two of the seals on my bottles were cracked as well!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!!! I only received one raspberry jam monster, one blackberry jam monster, one rainbow riot squad and one strawberry and milk. She admitted to not shipping my Tropica Juice but stated they shipped the other 2 blackberry jam monsters which I did not receive. She will not send me the products I paid for. I sent a picture of what I received but apparently there pictures are the only ones that are creditable.
