Ive been wondering about this place for awhile and finally got a chance to try it with some friends who lives across the street but we're moving..so one last lunch.. Its a decent size place. On one side of the building is a small store and the other side is the restaurant. About a dozen tables with plenty of room. Its also a dlei/meat market so they have display cases. We were greeted by a older gentleman who was very nice and described/ answered any question you had. I got the taco combo.. I couldn't pick what meat I wanted.i believe it was already prepared and it was with beef.. it came with 4 tacos piled high with Lettuce, crema and cheese...i loved that they do that.. the meat was dry..sad panda .. but the green salsa they give you made it so much better.. that salsa was the best! The beans and rice were good so that helped fill me up.. My fiancee got the birria quesadilla with beans and rice too.. but, her meat was also dry too.. she also had to use alot of the salsa and lime.. Not the worse we've ever had..plating looked good and We ate our food but disappointed..

Hidden gem! 10/10 for quality and service. I had the asada tacos and chorizo tacos per the reviews. Flavorful and did not disappoint. Highly recommend the birria plate. Definitely coming when I'm in the area.

Best burrito in Reno. Excellent value and an authentic family setting. Salsas are all spectacular.

They refuse to serve tap water and only allow you to purchase water bottles (cheap, generic kind), which is ridiculous. They give you salsa, but you have to pay for chips. The restaurant itself was very noisy from fans/music/staff and it was hard to talk at our table. $70 (before tip) for 2 orders of tacos, 1 non-alcoholic beverage, and chips/guac is absurd. We won't be back.

First off, huge shoutout to the staff at both locations. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a group of about 12 showing up and ordering at different times, plus another large party there, and they handled it all really well. The patio has such a great Midtown vibe, and I'm always happy supporting local small businesses. We ordered a little bit of everything: ribeye gorditas with homemade tortillas, street tacos, quesadillas, loaded papas, elote, and I even attempted the AYCE tacos. The carnitas was some of my favorite in town, the guac was delicious, and my friend loved the skirt steak tacos. Plus, the three salsas they serve are all so good. Tacos are always subjective, but I'd absolutely recommend giving Ana's a try because there's something for everyone on the menu. The cocktails are fun too, and I'll definitely be back.

The entrance is the front, but I have seen people come through the deck, as parking is back there. They just walk up to the hostess booth. The parking lot is small and cam house most of the patrons. If not there are plenty of street parking that are either metered or not. Just depends if you want to pay or not. We orders a quesadilla for the little ones and them some not street tacos for us. The tacos have plenty of protein so dont over order. Worse case you can take them home. We also got some appetizers. The ahi was fresh. Their was a culmination of citrus and a sauce. I can't put my foot on. But it was delicious. Since we also had some chips and dip. I did place some ahi onto of the chips for some crunch. I rate the service a 5 out of 5. They were attentive, even with the dinner rush. They gathered plates and provided water in good time. They were so prompt with the food as well. It came out fresh and quickly. We ordered another taco as one of the little ones preferred carne asada. Great service staff for sure. Must go to place, if your ever downtown.

The service has been consistently friendly, and the food has been amazing every time. It's actually becoming one of our go-to spots when we're craving Mexican food. As someone who's used to Southern California Mexican food, I usually find a lot of the Mexican restaurants in Reno to be a bit bland. We ordered Aguachile (really good but super sour), pineapple jalapeño wings (too sweet and not my fave), ribeye chicharron........be prepared to cough and have the people sitting near you cough non stop lol.
