We ordered sopes, pozole (only available on Thursdays and Fridays), along with a dozen tamales, split between pork, chicken and cheese and jalapeños. We at the sopes tonight and they were excellent. They were topped with a generous amount of meat and vegetables. I also had a couple of spoonfuls of posole and it was also very good. While many restaurants use white hominy, they had yellow, which I think has a more pronounced flavor. The women who operate the shop are friendly and take lots of pride in their work. It's wonderful to see the small business succeed.
