Buyer beware. The restaurant here is unhigenic. The service is terrible. Their food is bland, and not authentic like they claim. The people have teenagers taking orders and bussing tables but they are underage. On top of that theyre rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. Their orchata taste like old water. Food- bland. Steak tasted like unseasoned ground beef but in the plus side, the $3 taco was really really loaded with the beef stuff. Maybe take one to go and make 3 separate tacos and season it more and put in better salsa and add guac. That was my suggestion but hubby said nah. Service - nothing stood out. Kinda slow. Sorry. We ordered to go and called in to place our order. They were very polite and our food was done really fast. The steak tacos were good but a little dry like they had been cooked earlier in the day and were sitting in a warmer. The al pastor tacos were better but still dry. The salsa they provided was really good. It was actually spicy yet had a lot of flavor. We also ordered sopes and it was delish! The beans were my favorite part and they included a red salsa and some sour cream. Overall a really good place to order and I felt like the prices were good for the amount of food. Service is slow. Even if it's not busy so be prepared for that. Food is cooked fresh so that is expected. Everything is homemade by grandma in the back. Good size portions and the food was very tasty They need some fountain drinks and more people to help grandma to get the food out but I look forward to trying this location again and wish them well read more

Delicious and authentic! We had the sopes and pastelitos. Very good, super fresh, and perfect. The staff are kind and helpful, it feels like you're somewhere south. Good music when you head to the bathrooms. read more

Looking for really bad customer service this is your restaurant they are rude your wait time is about an hour or an hour and a half like ours was today we've been there once before we thought it might be just that one time no it gets worse I will never go there again I would suggest that whomever's thinking of going there not do it McDonald's is better so good luck and to that restaurant the five stars must be all family that gives these people five stars especially for their service and their food is mediocre at best. The food was very bland and either overcooked or very undercooked with the meals we ordered. They were also really overpriced for what we got. My family ended up getting food poisoning too... and we had to wait an hour for the food to begin with. If I could give negative stars I would. Hopefully this restaurant reads this and does better. read more

I got the carne tacos and they were awesome! Super legit street style tacos but way bigger than you'd think. The tortillas were fresh and handmade. The salsa verde and roja were straight up the best with killer flavor and a nice spicy kick. Would 100% come back read more

Giving 3 stars cause my boyfriend enjoyed the food .. I am vegetarian and came here to get something to eat for us and they would not substitute anything for me . Not even when I asked if they could add potato's to tacos . Not even when I asked for a side of potatoes to add them myself . We went in yesterday for the 1st AND LAST TIME. I ordered 2 pork tacos and they were extremely bland and so dry. They should turn on the television, have a better selection of drinks and use seasonings. My friend ordered chicken and steak tacos. The chicken was so dry and tasteless. I stopped in for some street tacos. The carne asada wasn't my favorite but was still really good. As someone that generally doesn't eat chicken it was fire! So good I ordered a second taco. Hand made tortillas. Yes Sir! I saw a couple of comments that the service is slow. I agree because they actually make the food when you order it. My wife and I just had lunch at La Catracha today. The food we had was very good and came as ample servings. We saw the ladies in the back making fresh food and the dough, as I would describe it, for our order. I have read some reviews here that mentioned slower service and possibly knocking down their rating because of this. This is NOT a fast food restaurant. Good, fresh homemade food takes a bit of time. Food was fantastic, the torta was delicious, light but filling. Flavor was on point!! Would definitely recommend.

I've got to I was pleasantly surprised not just by the value but by the flavor and quality too. My tacos were large and I can't remember the name of the other dish I had but it had been deep fried and was super yummy. Looking forward to my next visit.
