The listing says they are open until 6pm on Saturday -- I called at 3:17pm on Saturday. The first time I called, the phone was picked up but no one said hello -- there was a muffled fumbling with the phone and then they hung up before I could speak. The 2nd time I called, I got an answering machine that cut off before the outgoing message finished playing. The 3rd time I called, the answering machine picked up but this time the entire outgoing message played and said they closed at 3:00 pm on Saturday. As a small biz owner myself, I know it's hard to keep listings up to date, etc. but this seems excessive and almost as if they don't want any customers.

I have dropped off things many times, as Amazon, and other services have used them as a location to drop of returns. They also have a regular mail drop box for letters. When I walk in, I typically am warmly greeted by staff. I have gone a few other times for various services. When planning my last trip out of the country, I realized that my passport had expired, and I needed to do priority processing to get it quickly. I went to this Postal Plus to get my passport photos taken. It was quick and easy. Recently, I had to have a document notarized. I was happy when I called to find that the owner was a notary, and would be there and available all day. It cost $15 which I believe is the going rate. There was a long line with a few customers before me and a few after me. After all, it was the holiday season. I thought he handled the line well without making people feel rushed, however, trying to get a few of the quicker services taken care of first. Regardless, I was in and out pretty quickly and on my way. I learned that this postal stop is moving a few blocks away due to increases in rent. It is a convenient shop to have nearby.

Some days I got transfer to noone and eventually got thru and was transferred again to the lady at the front desk. She then transferred me to someone and we begin working on the final draft. I told them I changed my mind and wanted to pick up my business cards. Well about 8 days later I walked in the shop only to be told my cards had been mailed to Florida. Well I had the business cards sent back to me. Great images but I'm sorry they really failed on customer service. I always critique business because in good time you will survive with poor customer service. But most people don't spend good money on poor customer service in bad times so yeah that's why many businesses fail. Poor customer service and poor customer loyalty. The customers pay your the series of workers not necessarily the boss. The distribute a check to you but that money came from a paying customer.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
