I used purposely used the print and go email to send my files to them hours before heading to the fed ex office in elcajon. After receiving the confirmation email from fedex letting me know my files were ready to print i got there and tried printing my files using using there self serve printer. The printer didn't work. I went to the front desk for help and was told Fed Ex didn't print Excel files only PDF files. I asked why I wasnt told about this when I received my confirmation email from them saying my files were good to go. It would've had them changed to pdf and save me a unnecessary trip. All he could say to me was that it says it on every printers in the office. A lot of good that does me when using the ' print to go ' email and you get a reply saying your files are good and ready for printing. It seemed to me the guy at the front desk was more worried about leaving work on time then helping print my files before they closed read more

I had to redirect a delivery to this FedEx Office because I could not guarantee that I would be home for an important delivery. I set it up online and the following day they contacted me to let me know the package had arrived. When I arrived, the young lady at the counter was nice. She made small talk and then retrieved my package. It was very heavy, so she put extra strong tape on the bottom of the box to ensure the box would break, having the contents fall through. I visit FedEx on Jamacha and El Cajon from time to time to make some copies or fax and this particular time the staff was lazy and didn't want to work they were very rude and then great me at the door didn't want to talk and the senior staff I asked for help and she was like I'll show you how to work the machine after a while when I needed help she just had a younger staff help instead rate the staff very low. We came in early to because we had a lot that needed done and did not know how we were going to do it. Our documents needed printed, downloaded, scanned, uploaded, put on a flash drive, sent to emails the courts, attorneys etc... Eddie was so instrumental in ensuring we had everything we needed and staying with us until we were finished, he basically came to us whenever we excuse the term for lack of better words back and called him, until we were finished. We for the first time in weeks were able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that all of needs were going to be taken care of correctly without any problems. Before we came here we went to a couple of other places. We went to Office Depot & the Library, and with both locations we experienced multiple issues from none of the documents scanned correctly and half of the words were missing, to sent to wrong emails, you get the picture. I can not thank your employee Eddie enough for all of his attentiveness and help. We would have been lost wothout him. We will be back service was amazing, highly suggest you stop here before you waste your money or time which is money anywhere else. I went to this place to have my visa paperwork sent to South Korea. The staff was amazing, and they talked me through everything I needed to do to get it right. I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs. If you have a question, they will be more than happy to help you. To get into detail with my review, I went into this location on Black Friday to have all of my visa paperwork shipped out. This seems simple, but the addresses in South Korea are so long that it was quite frustrating. Although they are a FedEx, so shipping should be their specialty, I went in full-knowing that they have probably never shipped anything to South Korea. I had three people helping me with this, and they all worked together to make sure that everything was perfect. They had three forms of shipping information on the package, so that it would be shipped perfectly. Aside from their great job communicating with one another, they were nice enough to give me piece of mind with the three verifications. So, I shipped out my package at 4pm on Friday afternoon. I was told that my package would arrive in Korea on Tuesday, which was pretty incredible, only to find out that my package arrived at 12:03pm in South Korea on MONDAY! So, I got the notification that it was delivered on Sunday. That is insane! I didn't even have the fastest method, either. Thank you, FedEx! read more

Do not use this location! I needed to Mail small package (0.3 lbs) with expedited delivery to International destination. FedEx rep at the store personally inventoried contents of the package and priced 2 business day delivery for $185.78. Package was delivered on March 1, 2022 instead of originally quoted Feb 22, 2022. I called FedEx customer support for refund since FedEx did not meet their International priority deliverable; was transferred 7 times and last person hung up on me. Fedex rep on Jamaica knew about all contents of the package and knew that it might face regulatory delay and should not charge me a highest shipping fees for almost two weeks delivery! I come to this FedEx mainly to print with color and I love it here. Everyone is so calm and minds their own business it's really nice to work here. The workers are all super friendly and do not talk to you unless you need help which is nice when trying to get work done. using computers here is free if you are not printing or copying anything. designing websites and getting assignments has no cost to it and the computers are really up to date! my printing fee was 39 cents/min and about a dollar per paper. parking in front of the store is for 15 minutes only but about 10 feet away it parking with no time limit. read more

The first lady that helped my friend and I did not seem like she wanted to help us because she had something else to do and half way through what we were doing she got someone else named Branae to try to finish with us yet Branae was arguing with her about why she can't help them. They saved my bacon today! I was so worried that it would be a long wait in line to send a package that would arrive on the opposite coast by Christmas. I messed up on an order that should have gone out weeks ago, so I jumped into my car and bee-lined it to FedEx on Jamacha. I didn't have to wait at all, and the clerk helped me to figure out how to send my painting to my customer for the least possible price that would get there by Christmas! I into Kinkos and Tye approached me to see how he could assist me. I advised him that I sent a document to a usa email address that hwentad been given to me by 2 previous employees. He then advised me that I had to send my document to a print and go site, which I had explained prior had given me a problem before. Branae explained to us possible options with great consideration and attention to detail. She immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish, and suggested some features we weren't aware of. She even printed a full-size sample so we could make the final changes as needed. The finished product had much better looks and quality than we originally envisioned. Every employee we've encountered there was knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for the stellar service.
