I had a small job to print 3 copies of a book I wrote. I did not know how it should be done. The owner explained everything and helped me choose the right paper. He said he would send me an estimate in a day. That did not happen until several days later after I sent an inquiry . The price was fine but after 20 days nothing had happened. Again my inquiry resulted in the job being completed. And the results are perfect. I still needed the books spiral bound. He had gotten me an estimate from a company he works with for $90. He did warn me that was probably too high. Indeed, Fedex did it for $15 while I waited. Still, it seems to me a printer should be better informed. read more

They make it so easy to partner together to create beautiful pieces! I used them for a full wedding suite that included: Save the Date cards (including gold foil), envelopes with variable data, invitation (letterpress and glued to a pocket envelope), details card, Sunday brunch card, and RSVP card/envelopes. We recently lost a most beloved family member suddenly. After research, I chose to have her Memorial Folder printed by Sunset Press. The owner, Greg was friendly, compassionate and understanding of what we were experiencing and how we wanted the Memorial folder to look. He had the Memorial Folder printed on a high quality semi-gloss paper. The cover, which was designed by Chrissy, was stunning. The pictures I gave her of our loved one, for the inside of the folder, she enclosed in pretty printed silver frames. All of the family pictures were sharp and clear and all the different scripts she used throughout the folder were perfect. They were patient and accommodating regarding any changes that we had to make. They were very easy to work with from beginning to end. The final product was absolutely beautiful! We received many compliments on the Memorial Folder after the 'Celebration of Life'. I used Sunset Press for my wedding invites, after another bride friend recommended them. I designed my invites myself on Inkscape to save money and had the invitation and rsvp postcard printed here. They were very easy to work with and got me in fast. There was one mistake made: I had sent over updated pdfs with my final order, but they overlooked those and used previous pdf drafts. When I pointed out the error they offered to reprint my invites at no extra cost with the correct versions, and it was ready within a day or so. The final product looked great. I used the solar white linen paper which is very classic. I also used the envelopes, which were OK but they are a bit thin and are unlined. In the end, I saved a lot of money on my invites and am very pleased with the outcome. I will use them again. Oh, and make sure to say hi to their one-eyed cat. Such a sweetie. read more

I think the print work that comes out of this place is ALWAYS quality and they are so friendly. I can not express my gratitude for the work/time Sunset Press did for me. As I needed a booklet done for a event the very last minute. When we converted the program file over and they printed it a lot of the text was missing. They gave us the time to fix/edit so that the content would be visible to the pages (10 of them).
