I read the reviews about the wait, which to us, didn't matter. As an Afghan, I know the hard work and time that goes into to making the cuisine. Everything was made to order with fresh ingredients. The woman working was very kind and attentive. We were short a few breads for purchase, which she immediately made us the amount we needed. Meats: Mixed Reviews as well - the sales are amazing and the meat can be quite good. It's all Halal. However, for this weekend specifically - the smell from the meat section is horribly strong. I noticed it a couple weeks ago maybe? It seems like they didn't clean whatever is going on and it got worst with time. I love this market and I don't want them to go out of business. My recommendation is maybe they clear out the meats and give the whole department a good deep cleaning. Also consider implement clean processes to keep the smell away because it's really impacting what is being sold. It's off putting to take home meats that it has a funky smell.
