Their complete lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for tenant well-being, and outright incompetence made renting from them an absolute nightmare one that put our health and safety in serious jeopardy. Let's start with Stephen, the so-called "manager." This man was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional even yelling at us on multiple occasions when we simply requested basic maintenance. Instead of addressing the endless issues with the house, IQ Realty acted like we were the problem for expecting a safe, livable home. And when I say issues, I mean nightmarish, unacceptable, lawsuit-worthy negligence: - No hot water for weeks after moving in, with IQ Realty dragging their feet on a solution. - Severe plumbing issues, "fixed" by random, unqualified handymen who made things worse. - Black mold throughout the home--never properly addressed putting our health at risk. - A major gas leak due to the incompetent, uncertified workers they sent which resulted in us being hospitalized. Let me say that again: IQ Realty's negligence put our lives in danger. - Embarrassingly lazy and ridiculous "repairs"like shoving toilet paper into a hole to hold up a toilet paper holder.That's their idea of maintenance. At every turn, IQ Realty ignored our concerns, treated us like an inconvenience, and refused to take responsibility for their dangerous neglect. I've worked in property management myself, and I can confidently say that this company is an absolute disgrace. They cut corners, they lie, they put profits over people, and they have zero respect for their tenants. I would never rent from them again, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to run the other way. This is not just a bad rental company this is a dangerous, unethical, and irresponsible business that has no place managing homes. If you value your health, safety, and sanity, stay far, far away.
