For most of the night, I had a great time minding my own business, watching videos quietly on my phone in a corner of the bar. As I was getting ready to leave, a random guy sitting nearby asked me to lower the volume on my phone. Whether he intended to be polite or not, it felt condescending, territorial, and completely unnecessary. They were speaking louder than my phone, yet somehow my phone was the issue. It honestly felt like a case of "local syndrome," where someone felt empowered to tell me what to do in a place that isn't theirs. I didn't want to create a scene, so I generously tipped the bartender and left. But I was genuinely upset that I was told to be quiet while I was simply minding my own business in a corner. The place itself does not deserve a bad review because of the actions of one customer. However, if this person is in any way connected to management or staff, I would seriously reconsider my rating and change it to one star--something I never done before. I think a little more compassion and understanding toward fellow customers would go a long way.

The folks/beertenders were very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about craft beer and the craft beer community. I've only visited once, but I've been told that they regularly rotate out their taps and have cans of local and not so local breweries for sale out of the fridge. At the time of my visit, I noticed some cans from some of my favorite breweries in the LA and SD area. The place feels like a craft beer oasis in that it's a bit of a destination and I'm not sure what else is around. Although, to be fair, I don't live in the immediate area and don't really know the area that well in terms of craft beer offerings. Definitely a spot I would like to frequent. There seemed to be plenty parking when I went. Not sure if it get's really crowded when some more of the surrounding businesses are open, but I had plenty of spaces to chose from.

MANY BREWS TO CHOOSE!…read more Ritual Brewery has got to be the best micro brewery in Redlands! There is so much to like about the brewery, and so much this place has to offer that I can only ask that you experience it yourself. To name a few highlights of the brewery... first of all it is one of the more chill places to go to. The ambiance of Ritual Brewery is casual, friendly, and welcoming. The staff here are all awesome! They have a nice size indoor and outdoor seating area for visitors. They are family and dog friendly. They have a new brew for everyone to discover and enjoy. My personal favorite is the Extra Red. I tried just about their whole menu over some time and at least half-a-dozen visits before deciding which one was my favorite. Moreover, if you walk in looking for a specific kind of beer, you might as well go pick that beer up at the store and stay out. This brewery is a place to experience and appreciate new beers. Many of their beers are IPAs, Ales, Pale Ales, and Blondes. Check out the picture of their menu to get a better idea of all that they have. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices for their drinks compared to probably most breweries - so don't be a Sorry Sue and complain about how the prices for a beer is expensive and that only the soda is good - but you had the nerve to visit 10 times. Oh! Also, there is often an excellent food vendor there most nights, so you can get a meal with your drink. CHEERS!

Our first experience here was very satisfying!…read more Carlos the proprietor and he is also the chef /cook/receptionist and warmly greeted us !! Nice to hear him occasionally merrily singing with the music being played thru the pipe in music while cooking as well as bussing tables! Place has limited 46 persons room capacity ! Very cozy dining seating set up good for single to groups!!! Very minimal wall decoration not cluttered ! He took our order then for starter served us freshly baked tortilla chips. Got different sauces from the condiment cart stand. Menudo Caldo had very generous tender tripes and few hominy in the red chili base broth. Very deliciously cooked and sure will have it again!! The Carnitas burrito was so flavorful with generous filling of tender carnita meat, beans, guacamole and pico de gallo. Got the a la carte Chicharron & Queso pupusas. Grounded Pork rinds combined with melted cheese in the fresh stuffed griddle flatbread made of corn or flour. This had a side of fermented cabbage slaw. Surely found another mom & pop eatery to return to to feel at home !!!

Food order takes a while to get serve but worth the wait. Carnitas wet burrito's meat , tender and well seasoned. Wrapper is soft and chewy and reminds me of a family friend's homemade tortilla. Menudo has a little gamey smell but so far probably the best. Very generous with meat and less hominy. Pupusa generous with cheese but no noticeable amount of chicharrones. Nevertheless it's still very good and better than most places we've tried. Jamaica tasted a little too sweet for me but perfect for sweetheart (she loves everything sweet). Price competitive. Catering not entertained for the time being but looking into it per owner (Carlos). Takes reservations. Seating capacity for 46 people. Surely worth coming back here again.
