It was frustrating because everyone around us seemed to receive exactly what they ordered, while our orders were either forgotten or prepared incorrectly. Mistakes can happen, but having multiple errors with the same table made for a disappointing experience. They also had daily specials written on the chalkboard. When I got to the counter and asked about them, the waiter told me they were no longer available and wasn't sure why they were still posted. A woman from the kitchen then came out and erased the entire chalkboard. It was confusing and made it seem like the specials should have been removed before customers saw them. The manager on duty was very kind and apologized for the errors.

I fell in love with the Grogg coffee and found it to be a perfect pairing with the sweet oatmeal. Sadly, I learned that Ibis Coffee, where they get the coffee, is discontinuing it soon. But a wonderful staff member pointed me to an alternative that I could buy and take home to try, which I did. I'm sure it will be wonderful! There's a nice seating area in the back with a small couch and a few books to enjoy while you're there. Be sure to abide by the "no PDA" rule which is handwritten on a piece of paper taped to the ceiling. The place has cool decor. One wall and corner tells the story of the Spudnut, complete with bags of Potato Flour. There is also comfy seating throughout but we headed back to our hotel, which was a 2 minute walk. The Spudnut was delicious. To be honest I couldn't taste that it was made from potato flour, tasted like a regular delicious doughnut. It did have a lighter texture. My Chai was perfect.
